Received same day service on a virus infected PC. Called CPR4Computers, arranged convenient time for pickup of my infected computer, and arranged for tentative return time for later the same day. John called to confirm return time, and virus free PC was returned the same day. John also took the time to discuss measures for use in preventing a recurrence of the virus attack. Very courteous and professional approach taken by CPR4Computers. I will gladly call again when/if I have any future issues with my home PC.

Very highly recommended. John fixed the problem in half a day after I had my laptop at a local shop for over a week and they couldn't figure out what the problem was. He came to pick up and drop off my computer at my home, and even took the time to educate me on what went wrong and show me how to prevent it from happening again. Very affordable, and doesn't charge you unless he fixes it - no up-front payment required. Will definitely be calling John for any future problems.
