Quality Computer Service began in Milwaukee as a printer repair business in 1992. But, due to growth both in technology and within the company itself, very shortly it expanded into the PC repair business as well... filling a niche as a company that could serve as an IT Department for companies too small to support their own, while maintaining its service to the home user.We have a mission to provide our clients with networking, printer services and computer support services, in addition to PCs, printers and toners at a fair price. Have an old Lenovo desktop tablet that was running slowly, turning itself off, and had stopped updating Windows 8 (!) ages ago. Kyle upgraded me to Windows 10, updated several areas including memory and some other computer geek stuff and l have a brand new machine! He had it one day and solved all my problems! Price was awesome and turnaround was insanely fast. Would highly recommend!

Our eyes were opened. Our company used to use Quality Computer Services solely for all of our IT and Copier Services. We Switched thinking the grass was greener on the other side. We spent thousands with another company. Then regretted it. We WISHED we never switched. We could of bought a Cadillac with the money we wasted at the other company. We will NEVER go any where else.

My PC build blew out on me and I didn't have the time to fix it myself. I brought it down and they where able to diagnose the issue, get me the necessary parts, provide the necessary labor (at a fair rate), and even helped with a warranty call when my CPU blew again. Now my computer is running better than ever.
