Had a great interaction with Brookfield Computers and they did NOT fix my problem. Let me explain, I was having problems with my monitor a thought it was the HDMI port. Joe confirmed what it would take to fix the problem (which was more than what the computer was worth), but also gave me a workaround. By not talking me into something and giving me other alternatives, Joe saved me several hundred dollars and I have a functioning extended monitor on my laptop.

I would definitely go back to them as I know they are not going to try to sell me something I don't absolutely need. Thank you Brookfield Computers. Service done Nov of 2021.

I fried my MacBook by spilling water on it. The guys at the Genius Bar assessed it, and I asked them to remove the hard drive, hoping at least that was salvageable. Even though the hard drive had some damage, Brookfield Computers was able to retrieve my data. I highly recommend them. I'd use them again, although I'm going to try really hard not to have to!

Brookfield Computers was able to replace my Macbook's battery after every place I went to told me it wasn't possible. After replacing my battery the speaker on the left side wasn't working. I called them and told them the problem and they were able to look at it the next day and fix it promptly while I waited. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

They were great. SOMEONE (not saying who) spilled soup on their keyboard and although dried it out successfully burnt up some keys with a hairdryer. They gave me two options since two of the obscure keys never used were non functioning. They could have just told me the more expensive option to replace the whole keyboard but they also gave me the option of just replacing the keys "someone" fried. Gotta love honest businesses

Simply put I receive five star service for the repair of my laptop computer. Brookfield Computers reviewed the damage, was able to locate replacement parts I needed and repaired my laptop (not knowing any better, their business was my third attempt at finding one that could help me). Once the parts were received the repair happened very quickly---within an afternoon! I highly recommend them.

Spent $300 on a laptop. Worked well but had terrible battery. Nine months later, it wouldn't boot up. Turns out that it had a bad hard drive that they wanted another $300 to fix. Never again.
