My computer problem was a challenge. It was more than your basic wipe and reinstall. They took the time to find out a deeper issue and have it fixed. With the amount of time they dedicated to the problem it was incredibly affordable. Tech Force kept communication open and followed up with me several times. Excellent Tech Service! Overall, I had an excellent experience with Tech Force. Most recently, I called on them because the keyboard was frozen. They found out that there were some background programs that were causing the problem. I have used this company in the past to fix some virus problems that my computer was having. I think that the employees are professional and easy to work with.

Tech Force has excellent service. They are very responsive and are easy to schedule with. They always call me back if they miss a call from me. The technicians are always on time and work efficiently to solve any problems in a timely manner. They answer all my questions and are very informative. Always Impressed With The Service From Tech Force. Absolutely 5 stars! Tech Force helped me figure out how to connect my Mac to the phone line and they also set up a drive for me to put my stuff into. The technician was friendly, open & honest, and was able to answer all the questions I had. I heard about them through a friend and this was the first time I've used them. He was here for about an hour and I thought the pricing was very fair. Overall, I thought everything went great and I was very pleased. I highly recommend them!

Great work! I was referred to Tech Force by my dad who uses them and everything went perfectly. I had some malware issues and they restored the desktop for me and even got back some of my favorites that had been erased. They were polite, showed up on time, and knew what the problem was right away. I especially appreciate that they actually listened to me and they were able to do exactly what they said they could do. They did a really good job, I absolutely recommend them and rate them the highest possible rating - They are the best!
