We took our 2010 desktop in because it suddenly made a squealing noise and refused to even start or light up. Another place over the phone said it sounded like the hard drive and estimated over $300. Jerom opened it up and wiggled the memory card that was loose. We were done and out in just a few minutes. And HE DIDN'T CHARGE A CENT! I was floored. Now there is an honest businessman.

We have used SmartLab in Beaverton 3 times and have always been very pleased. They do excellent work and the price is very reasonable. In fact, they will diagnose your computer problem for free. My husband and I have both had viruses removed on our computers and have gone in for other issues, too. We will definitely be back next time we have a problem.
