Daniel came in on short notice and completely fixed our internet in our corporate office. He quickly figured out the issue and recommended we upgrade equipment and handled everything. That was Months ago and everything is running smoothly. We were so happy, we now use him for all new location openings. I would highly recommend Computer Lift.

Outstanding service and problem solving. Daniel cleaned up my computer to run more efficiently. Just as important, he disabled some applications that were part of the Microsoft package and that kept randomly appearing and interfering with my work. He also recommended replacing several current apps with ones that would do a more thorough job in my system.

He's also very responsive when I call when from time, either to ask a question or need him to address a PC laptop problem, which he generally responds to quickly, usually via remotely. The Apple store couldn't do anything and recommended I take it to Computer Lift. When I called to make an appointment Daniel explained his services and the process so I knew what to expect. Daniel is my "go to" tech guy when it comes to my computer. I am a commercial real estate investment broker, and my livelihood is technology dependent. I first worked with Daniel earlier this year when I need to purchase a new lap top for my office and PC for my home. Daniel provided timely advice on what to look for when purchasing, and them set everything up for me.

He is incredibility knowledgeable and quick. A couple of weeks ago I was having problems with my home HP printer, which was independently taking itself "offline". After fiddling with it myself, spending time on a phone call to HP tech support, who could get it going--but then it would take itself off line again, I called Daniel. I was able to schedule a remote online session with him the next morning.

Within a few minutes Daniel had diagnosed the issue, and got the printer working once again. And it continues to work. I know Daniel is always available if I need his help, and will get to a solution quickly. I give him my highest recommendation--besides, he is a really nice person to work with.

My wife and I moved from the Boston area last year and left behind a nearby computer guru and our electrical engineer son who both kept us computer illiterates on safe ground. In Portland I looked through computer shops on-line and was impressed with reviews for Daniel's work. He has helped me 3 or 4 times in the past 6 months with excellent results. Daniel is usually available within 1-2 hours after my call and may solve the problem by phone or accessing my screen remotely.

He works quickly and efficiently when I go to his office and explains things clearly. His fees are very reasonable and he always follows up by e-mail to learn if the computer is working well. Daniel always takes a personal interest in how my laptop and I are doing. I don't have the words to praise him enough.

Took in my old apple laptop that was beat up and broke down, but had lots of great music and photos that I wanted. Daniel said no problem so I showed up with my computer, forgot my hard drive, no problem he sold me one at cost. Picked up my old computer and my new hard drive with all my data transferred the next day, swiped my card and I'm on my way! Highly recommend, convenient location in NW.

Daniel did a fantastic job bringing a laptop of mine back to life when it would no longer boot up. He is quite knowledgeable and was very efficient in drilling down to the problem. He patiently showed me how he diagnosed the problem and what he was doing to correct it. It only took him around half hour to get it back to normal. He dropped it off the very next morning at my house, which is a real plus. Daniel at Computer Lift is very competent, efficient, and affordable. I would have paid at least twice as much for the great service.

I had a great experience with Computer Lift. The problems with my PC were corrected the same day. The price was reasonable, and the service was great. I would recommend this business to anyone with a slow working or non performing PC.

I was definitely pleased with my experience. Not only is he an expert in diagnosing computer problems but he is prompt, honest and unbelievably helpful. I've found my computer repair guy. Geoff is very knowledgeable without the attitude I've encountered at other repair shops and went above and beyond to solve my external hard drive issue. He was great!

This guy was absolutely awesome! He suspected from our phone conversation that my hard drive was dead, but agreed to look at it for free anyhow. It took him 5 min to confirm his suspicions, and then advise me to go out and buy a new computer. I have a cheap Acer laptop and after taking the time to print out the exact item I would want to re-order on Amazon should I choose to do that, he made it clear that for about 2 times what it would cost to pay him to fix my 3 year old computer, I could have a braaaand new one.

Not knowing a damn thing about computers, it is intimidating and frustrating trying to find the right person to fix one and not screw you in the process. This guy is doing honest side jobs out of his beautiful Pearl apartment (complete w/ cat hammocks in the rafters!) and handing out great free advice. Clearly someone that won't take in jobs he can't reasonably fix, and that aren't worth your money. Totally will be back (prob. when I have issues setting up my new lap top :)
