Joseph has repeatedly found the monstersin my computer and fixed them unfailingly. Sometimes I felt like an idiot because I couldn't work out my own problem but he always offers patience along with his limitless knowledge of computer brains and it's wonderful having him there for me and my computers. At last, someone to trust.

My main editing computer and image back-up drive went down within 3 days of each other. Apple tech said $600 on Mac only, with no promises because of severity. Joseph, with a can-do attitude, had me back in business with all photos back in view, saving me heaps of money, HOURS of re-editing photos from original DVDs. (make that WEEKS!..), and his brand recommendations have kept me clear of repeat issues for back-up drives. I highly recommend this place and Joseph for his priceless capabilities.

I was having connectivity issues with my laptop, and therefore wasn't able to work. Joseph connected remotely and had it fixed immediately! He was great to work with from start to finish. I will never go anywhere else for computer help Portland Computerworks is the BEST!

Joseph and his team are freaking great. He's helped us grow from a company of two, three years ago, to.well, he's working on the weekend to help us get ready for team members 12 and 13. Joseph is friendly, very accommodating, and very knowledgeable. It's been great seeing his business grow. He deserves it. Great company to work with, and great guy at the top.

Joseph is fantastic! He is very responsive and has helped us out on numerous occasions with a multitude of IT issues, some on very short notice. Trevor and Joseph are excellent at fixing old laptops. Fry's told me to toss my wife's 2012 laptop, but they fixed it so I gave them my 2 old Dell Precisions and they swapped my parts with no problem. Reasonable, as in less than Fry's.

Joseph and his company are fantastic. We hired them to get us over to Microsoft 365 'finally' and everything from the advice, service, speed, etc. - all perfection. Very detailed and knowing what is needed and when and smooth transition with all details addressed. This is your computer/IT company. Now call them!

Trevor saved my 2007 Mac Pro. Replaced the graphics card. Now it works really well.

Saved me again. I don't know why but my advanced setting on my printer was changed and I could get it to print. A few minutes of trouble shooting and I was back up and running. These guys are the best and not too expensive. The last IT company I had charged triple what they do. PCW rocks!

My company has been using Portland Computer Works for more than 3 years. They have resolved multiple issues caused by viruses, set up new computers, new networks and aided in the process of putting our business online so that we can travel and continue to work without fail. Their remote access ensures that we have quick resolutions as needed. I recommend this company to all my friends, family and local businesses!

I've had nothing but good experiences doing business with Joseph. I needed a Mac computer to get through the web development program I was enrolled in a couple of months ago and he sold me a refurbished MacBook at a price I was able to afford. During the time of purchase he made me aware of an issue with the monitor and said that if it got worse and became a problem to bring it back and he'd fix it for free. Well, I dropped it off yesterday to get it fixed and picked it up today and it's working great! Free of charge as promised! This is the place I'll be going from now on when I have hardware issues with my computer.

Fantastic service! Portland Computerworks is a business you can trust and know your computer needs will be met and at a reasonable price. I've used their services twice now and both times they were spectacular. After relying on Best Buy's Geek Squad to service my laptop I purchased a little over a year ago to service my computer I am so happy I found Portland Computerworks.

My first visit had a myriad of issues to address including my internet access being denied and finding as well as accessing some critical files that seemed to be lost and/or damaged. I scheduled an appointment online met with Trevor and we discussed the issues I was having as he did a basic overview of my laptop. Two days later my system was ready for pick-up and when I began using it I was thrilled to find it functioned again like it was brand new!

The internet was accessible and my files were recovered and restored to my computer. My second visit (a couple months later) was due to an internet access issue again due to malware. I run Trend Micro on my system for virus and malware protection and I have it update everyday but the malware bug still hit my system and wouldn't let me access a browser (of any kind) on my system.

I stopped by at 4:30 P.M. without an appointment and Joseph jumped right in to do a checkup. Unfortunately, he couldn't find the issue with the quick review so we checked my laptop in for a more thorough review and repair job. My computer was fixed by the end of the next business day! Once again, I picked it up to have it running super sweet! Trevor checked me out and explained I was getting hit with malware.

He then showed me the likely culprit was accepting a software update from Adobe or Java. His explanation made sense as I have a tendency to accept the Adobe Flash update when it pops up (that are actually posers. stupid creeps!). Oops, my bad! The point is Trevor took the time to help me identify what was causing the issue so I could prevent it vs. having to keep bringing my computer back to them for repairs.

I then received some great tips on internet service (since I recently moved from Colorado to Oregon) because I complained about my current provider to them. Joseph took the time to share some referrals and give a testimonial on what he uses and why. I love that these guys are so personable and willing to share tips on how to get the best performance from your machine. Great guys, great business, great service! I highly recommend Portland Computerworks for any of your computer service and/or repair needs.

SUPREMELY outstanding service from these guys. They went way above and beyond for me by not only ordering the part for me, but also installing it and getting my laptop to me same day. I'm impressed. I've used them before and will continue to use them for all of my computer needs. Joseph was my technician - I can't say enough good things about this operation - He repaired the screen, straightened the chassis in my trusty Samsung laptop, and even went the extra mile and updated and optimized my computer - and even cleaned it! A+ Superior Service. Thanks guys and well done.

Joseph is not only wonderful at his job but he steps above and beyond to help customers in ways most companies do not. I cannot recommend Portland Computerworks enough. It is such an honest company and has helped me with my mother's ancient computer multiple times (I live in California and am so grateful to have a place I can trust to not take advantage of my mother's lack of computer know how!). Joseph will be so kind to help you with a silly computer question over the phone or in my case last week, take time out of his busy day to go online w me to tell me if the computer I was buying my mother was the best deal. Joseph even called me back to tell me he found a coupon online and emailed it to me!

They are the best. They go above and beyond ordinary customer service. Without creating unreasonable expectations for others I will simply say they have saved me more than once and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Truly excellent work AND customer service! Just got my desktop back from PCW and it is working like new, efficiently, agile - also clean inside and out! Both Joseph and Trevor are fine individuals, professionals and personally very approachable. First / foremost, one can sense their integrity and then their expertise comes through. Joseph saved my beloved iMac G5 when other techs advised me to buy a new computer. He worked and worked on it and would not give up despite setbacks. The diagnostic was free, AND he had me take it to the Apple store to see if they would fix it for free before he worked on it! (They wouldn't.) Long story short, he only charged me $89 plus parts to fix it. I would recommend him to anyone for honesty and quality of work. Thanks Joseph!
