I highly recommend Marc for any laptop repairs. He is a very friendly, enthusiastic and professional guy. Importantly, Marc fixed the issue with my laptop for a very competitive price! In terms of the process, I rang Marc up and explained the issue with my laptop over the phone, He gave me an initial price estimate. Marc picked up my laptop from my apartment at a fixed time, turned up on the dot, took my laptop away and fixed the problem, saved all my files onto a hard drive so that nothing was lost, provided me with multiple daily updates by text and phone during the few days he had my laptop, sent me an email with a list of all the work he had done and software that I needed to reload onto my laptop, and kindly dropped my fixed laptop back to my apartment along with all my files saved on a hard drive. Couldn't have asked for more! Amazing service- thanks so much!

I trusted Marc with my Mac as it completely shut down on me. He had fixed it, and quoted me a reasonable amount. Very quick turn around & kept me in the loop during the entire process. Being a video editor I'm so please he was able to fix my laptop in such a short period of time. Marc is very friendly & professional. I contacted Marc and arranged to go see him about a laptop that I thought had suffered a hard drive failure. I had bought the laptop from Cash Converters and the hard drive had been replaced with a reconditioned one - worked fine for a while. Marc tested the drive and confirmed the drive had failed. He tried to see if he could recover any of the data but it was past it.
We discussed replacement options as I wanted a drive with a reasonably high read speed as I mainly used the laptop for gaming. He looked up various drive options - hybrid drives, SSD etc and I settled for one he had in stock. Marc was due to go on holiday but he installed the drive, reloaded W10 and had the laptop back to me before he went. Was also nice to get a proper receipt detailing the work carried out, parts used and guarantee period. Was very satisfied with the work done and customer service. Would be quite happy to use him again and to recommend him to others.

Marc was extremely friendly and efficient- he managed to fix my broken laptop fan for a reasonable price and very quickly so that I wasn't without my laptop for too long! When there was a slight issue with the keyboard not having been clicked back into place properly after the repair, I took it back to him and he cleaned and fixed it the same day for no extra price as his work is all guaranteed.
