Chris Moore is a great technician. He keeps our network and systems humming. Our company has experienced tremendous growth over the past 5 years and Chris has been a major part of this expansion. He is as important to me as any of my employees. I can strongly recommend his services to any company or individual looking for great service, very fair prices and as someone who genuinely cares for the needs of others.

I would recommend Chris to anyone who is looking for someone who is creative and provides good service. The website he created for me was done in short order and any changes I asked for were done very quickly. His prices for his services were more than fair. I believe his company would be a real asset for anyone looking for website setups or updates. He also knows how to communicate with those of us that are technically challenged in the new computer age.

Christopher was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He is an excellent communicator and listener, which helped expedite our process and solutions. I was very satisfied with the service and enjoyed our interaction, while at the same time, learning a considerable amount regarding the problems I was experiencing and how to avoid and/or fix some of these issues myself moving forward.

Chris and his team are great. A few years ago, we had a catastrophic failure and thanks to Chris and his preemptive work on our backups, we were back up and running in less than a day. He continuously monitors our server health and keeps us advised of needed work and updates before we even know there is an issue. He has always been fair and upfront on his pricing.

He also recommended a service to me that all my emails pass through and they remain vaulted and available. This has saved me on more than one occasion when someone claimed I hadn't advised them of something. I went to the vault, did a simple search to find their email and was able to quickly reproduce it for them. I would recommend MetroPC to anyone needing an IT team with skill and integrity.

Chris and crew do great work. The machine he built for me several years ago was in dire need of rescuing and upgrading and Chris did a fast, comprehensive, and superb job of rescuing my hard drive image, putting in a solid state replacement, doubling my memory, and making the machine as good or better than if I'd had to buy a new one. And all for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend Metro PC Works.

As soon as I walked in the door, Chris made me feel incredibly welcome and provided phenomenal customer service. He didn't skip a beat and immediately began taking a look at my computer to diagnose it's problem. Was in a tough situation with our business computer that handles all of my customers and business, I called a couple PC repair places around Portland everyone was booked for about a week and I needed the computer fixed right away because it was hurting our business. Even though I knew the problem with my computer and knew it was a easy fix no one could get me in.

Then I called and talked with (Will) and told him my situation he dropped what he was doing and I brought my computer in right away. He had me fixed up and out the door in about 30 mins with outstanding customer service! Saved my day cant thank him enough! He doesn't even charge to diagnose the issue! Cant ask for any better service and it didnt cost that much at all! I'll be bringing all my computer repair needs from now on only here thanks again guys your the best!

The owner - Chris - was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I called a few local computer repair shops around town looking for a replacement cpu fan/heatsink, which I needed ASAP. Despite not really being a component shop, they happened to have a few on hand that could have possibly worked for me. Chris was very thoughtful about making sure that I was getting something that was compatible with my hardware and even made sure that I had thermal paste at home before I left- had I not, I would have had another headache to deal with when I got home. I greatly appreciated his attention to detail.

I am so grateful for Chris and his team! They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable regarding computer maintenance, web design, google, and having a social media presence! I highly recommend them for all your computer needs.

The service was out standing, the pricing was unbeatable. They were able to take a laptop that couldn't run windows, to one that can steam Netflix while I edit pictures. The hardware, they got me at cost. Then they only charged me for an hour of labor and I know it took longer than that. Overall AMAZING, will go back for life. I found my computer guy!

Chris was amazing. unlike his competitors he likes to diagnose your issue prior to a price. I paid way lower than anywhere else. He was totally awesome with my little ones being with me. Fantastic experience. Brought my son's gaming computer in for repair during the snow storm, even with all that snow they fixed my computer quick. No surprises very honest. Great price. Will definitely go back if I need any repairs. 5 out of 5 stars!

I took my personal laptop in to Metro PC works after getting a recommendation from my boss. Chris was super nice on the phone, said his shop guy George would take care of me. I spoke with George when i dropped the machine off. Told him what i wanted. Asked him about the hardware that they use, which was in line with my research. They did the MS 10 install and data migration, which was difficult because the old drive had a corrupt sector. George was able to work some magic and retrieve the data.

He also tested everything, installed some free AV software that runs in the back ground without being resource hogs. I totally recommend Metro PC Works. I am particular about who i trust my machine with, and will definitely use these guys again. They are courteous, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and priced reasonably. They also did not try to over sell me. Quick and communicative about time and process. Thanks guys!

Best computer repair experience of my life? I took my aging PC to a repair shop closer to my home and was told I likely needed a +/-$1000 rebuild. I went to Metro PC Works for a second opinion, and Chris went FAR out of his way to help out with a cascade of ultimately rather minor issues. I would not hesitate to recommend Metro PC Works to anyone needing fast, friendly and utterly professional service.
