Raul was very helpful in keeping me informed as he tracked down and fixed my balky computer. There wasn't a specific issue other than it just deathly slow and almost impossible to use to fill out web forms online. It now runs better than out of the box when it was new. Thanks to Raul and Tucson Computer for helping me through this stressful event.

Raul was great at fixing my Motorola smartphone after I dropped it. Turns out it needed a new screen and a new fingerprint button. I forgot to ask if he can fix my Dell laptop with Linux mint.

Raul at Tucson PC saved the day (and possibly four years!) for my daughters' Senior year during finals at the U of A. Unfortunately my daughters' roommate spilled a large amount of liquid on my daughter's open computer in the kitchen where she was working on a large project for one of her finals. This was a final that included a combination of papers and information from the entire semester.

Somehow the back up iCloud was not retrieving most of these documents. It was clear that if she did not re-create this final that she would not pass this class and could possibly not graduate. My daughter contacted Raul and he accepted the computer and knew immediately what to do. My daughter was a little panicked so I flew down from Seattle to help with this process and to purchase her a new PC. Raul was very patient with both of us and communicated with both of us what was going on with the old PC.

He was able to retrieve all the information and get it downloaded to the new laptop quickly. He even transferred a specific file over to a thumb drive while we were waiting for everything to load so that my daughter could show her professor that she had completed one of the critical papers. I can't say enough good things about Raul and his abilities and how kind, considerate and empathetic he was during this situation. He is really an exceptional guy and very talented at his job! If I could give six stars I would:)

We had our laptop do a windows update then we were locked out without a bit locker code. We call Tucson Computer and they let us bring the computer in right away and we had it back as good as new within 24 hrs. Will definitely use them again.

Raul is the best. Very competent. He retrieved extremely important and irreplaceable documents for me from a very corrupted old technology disk. Raul was a pleasure to work with and he gave 100%. He was always available and kept me informed and updated on his progress. Ken

Raul is amazing. I'm not the type of person who needs IT. I build all of my computers and I can code (Java ruby python). That being said, Raul saved my a**. My 3080 (brand new, was on a waiting list for over a year to get it, global microchip shortage and all) was STUCK in the pcie slot. It would not come out. It was a metal lock on the slot that we couldn't break either.

I needed my computer urgently. Not a single tech in tuscon (I contacted 11) was willing to risk breaking it to help me. NOT ONE. Except Raul. Raul not only was willing to help, but saw me AT HIS HOUSE on his day off to fix my computer. And he got the GPU out WITHOUT A SCRATCH. I thought it was going to snap.10/10. Ur a magician. I'd give you 6 stars if I could.

Raul was very prompt and communicative while working with him. He updated both my dad and I as much as possible and was able to get me my laptop very quickly as I'm a student. Computer works great now! Highly recommend his service over, say, Best Buy. Personalized and friendly service all around.

Raul was fantastic! I had completely messed up my laptop by trying to fix it myself. After trying to recover what I had lost, I made it worse. I dropped off my laptop with Raul and he immediately started working on finding a very important document that I lost and needed. He was able to recover the document and he cleaned up my laptop. He got rid of things that I didn't need and explained a lot of things about my laptop that I did not know which were causing me issues that I didn't realize.

He was very fast at getting the job done and very reasonable. I will use Tucson Computer and Raul for every computer problem that I have in the future. Thank you so much, Raul!

I was traveling though Tucson and my computer started acting funny. Raul was prompt and professional in his communication and work. He made the whole experience quick and easy. I really appreciate this place! I had a broken external hard drive, and although it was beyond repair, I really appreciate their very friendly customer service. They thoroughly explained everything they did to try and retrieve the data and answered all my questions. The turn around was quick, and best of all, they had the best prices in town. Everywhere else I called had nothing cheaper than a $100 diagnostic fee, but it was only $45 at Tucson Computer.

I was so relieved because I knew it would be a toss up if my device was salvageable, really glad I didn't end up paying double the amount just to know it was truly broken! I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for honest work, friendly people, and the best prices.

I love this company. I have used them now for about 2=3 years and they are the best. They have fixed several computer for me. I use their monthly remote cleanup service and it has been the best investment I've made regarding keeping my computers up-to-date and clean of any virus/trojan problems. They also update my windows when needed. Great company and great tech staff!

Really happy with this company! I had a pretty bad virus and they cleaned it up and got it back to me within a day! They also installed software to prevent any other issues and improved my computers start up time! Best Buy charges $200 and needs your computer for 3-5 business days, being a student and needing my laptop everyday I highly recommend this place!
