Well what to say.. I am very excited to be able to endorse geeks! Eric came over to my house to fix my dads computer. Noe revived my dead computer hard drive and set me up running my HP laptop I thought I was going to have to replace. I was devastated thinking I had lost my unbacked up data (lesson learned--again) but he cloned the poor nearly dead hard drive and installed a new state of the art one on my good HP laptop. Its running perfectly and so fast it makes me smile every time I turn it on.

Joe Rhodes showed up on time. He was very nice and understood when I explained to him that I don't know nothing about printers and connecting them to wifi. He had my printer connected in no time. Recently walked in without an appointment and was helped by Randy who answered my need for assistance with an external SSD problem. He resolved my issue in less than 10 minutes showing me it wasn't an equipment fault. There was no charge! The young lady, whose name I can't remember was very friendly and courteous too.
