Computer-Eze

I have been using Computer Eze a number of years now and have established an OK working relationship. I understand they are human and sometimes make mistakes. That said, I can always get a hold of someone and get my issue resolved. The problem with other companies I have tried, is that they lose my data, no longer around, or are hard to get in contact with.

I broke the charging port on my laptop a while back and brought it in to see what they could do. I live close so it was convenient. I guess it a DC Jack repair. I didn't want to just go buy another laptop because I liked the one I had and it has all my work and data on it so I thought this was worth it. They fixed it and they gave me a good deal. Honest guys and it's a good shop for all my technical needs as not only do they do computers but there is a phone guy there too so needless to say, I know where to go!

What a great place, after being ripped off and yelled at by two other computer shops this place actually fixed my computer problem and treated me properly! I can't tel you how hard it is to find a good computer shop (read my other reviews if you want to know.). Turn around was fast and they have a drop off location close by over in Gilbert. Easy to work with and inexpensive to boot. Thanks a lot!

Very Honest group of guys that work hard to get the job done. I had my laptop serviced here and it is running like the day I bought it. Any technical issues I have I go here, they do it all, Laptops, phones, custom builds, computer repair. I won't go anywhere else!

These guys are awesome. I had a few laptops worked on a while back and was very happy with the prices and the quality of work. I originally went in for a virus and they did some extra upgrades for no additional charge. Months later and all 3 of my computers are still running excellent, I highly recommend them!

I would do zero stars if I could. Customer service level is horrible. There is no such thing as a three day guarantee, I took my laptop to this business, and it took 6 months to get it back, stripped of RAM, hard drive, and CD-ROM. Interesting this company also sells parts. You constantly have to call this business to find status and figure out what is going on. Save yourself the frustration and pay your computer manufacturer the money, not this shady business.

It has now been over 3 months since I brought in a tablet that had problems charging. Eventually after numerous attempts at calling and going by the location on Ash in Tempe Daniel informed me the computer was lost and he would replace it. Nothing has happened since he said he would get one for me after Thanksgiving. This was on 11-19. I have been by this location at least 10 times and each time there is a different excuse or none at all.

I have also called well over 15 times and the ONLY time there has been an answer was the first one when I called to bring it in and another time when I used a different phone. Not once was there any attempt to call me back about this. I did put a note up on his website regarding this and when I went in and talked to him he wanted me to remove it and he told me he would replace the tablet.

I did remove it but am posting it again as there has been no resolution in over a month. This is surely the poorest customer service ever. since there hasn't been any. NONE. Better to bring your repairs to Best Buy. They won't lie to you and they have a guarantee.

July 2013 purchased refurbished computer. Went to pick it up and was informed they sold it to someone else. Well when did I get my promised refund, never, not et. The first computer went in and came out in worse shape than it started in. purchased refurbished computer, was promised upgrade and then these guys sold it to someone else. that's illegal, selling 1 item to two different people. Promises in writing to refund my money, haven't been fulfilled.

I am retired, on fixed income and cannot afford to lose hundreds of $$$. Will not recommend this business to anyone. It is now may 2016, almost 3 yrs of this issue. Another year has gone by. Still haven't received my promised money returned to me. Will keep the world updated.

These guys are great it was 4pm on Sunday my computer was dead and I needed files for a very important meeting on Monday a.m. Daniel worked tirelessly working on recovering my data and he followed up with me several times through the evening. No other store I contacted would accept the project, as it was too late and or they did not wish to take it on. On top of that, these guys charged a very reasonable rate for the work done. Thank you computer eze, I will contact you and only you for any of my future repair needs!

Took computer in for repairs, it came out worse when it went in. So then I paid for a used computer, and when they were supposed to upgrade it, they ended up selling it to someone else. Still haven't seen one bit of any money refunded. Lies, promises, never again. I am out hundreds of $$$ and no working computer to show for it. what a shame. I thinks it's illegal to sell the same piece of equipment to 2 different buyers. I will never recommend them. Still waiting for promised "in writing" refund, over 1 year later no resolution

Amazing costumer service!, I have been using their services for three years now, an every time they have been wonderful, my computer was acting up and they came to my house pick it up and in a couple days it was back working like new! I love that I didn't have to bother to go to them. I completely trust them, they are very honest they will tell you exactly what is wrong with your computer and how much is going to cost you, NO TRICKS!, I like that they never try to get you to buy things that you don't really need; they really try to stick to your budget without compromising quality.

I have had bad experiences in the past with other companies where they charged me $75 to $150 just to tell me that it is better to buy a new computer!, these guys are reliable, honest, they work quick and they know what are they doing. I have recommended them to several friends. I am a happy costumer which it is a big surprise to me because I am extremely picky!. They will go above a beyond to provide you with a service and I think business like this are rare now-days.

Very affordable quality computer repair. The owner (computer tech) Daniel is very knowledgeable. Saved me a bunch of money and found my issue I was having quickly. Would recommend to anyone who needs their computer repaired for a very reasonable price. They are open on Sundays.

Very pleased, owner very professional. Fixed the problem the first time correctly. I called other repair companies and they wanted 60 to 70 bucks per hour. To be honest, this company has likely the lowest rates in the Phoenix Area. Based in Mesa, but they will go to where you are located in the valley with no travel fee.
