The employees are all knowledgeable, polite and responsive. From minor technical issues to a new server and phone system deployment it is the same great service. You will not be disappointed.

2 part review: 10/10 reccomend Russ (management) - answered my calls while on vacation with his family and coordinated for Tim the technician to come out, next day, and repair some data lines. Tim (tech) - came out and installed 4 data lines to our custom built front desk such that every cord was hidden and covered. We were charged the same price for all 4 data lines repaired, hidden, aesthetically placed, products/time that Cox Communications would have charged for 1 shoddily done data line. 10/10 recommend this company, specifically Tim for your data needs.
