Josh W came out and checked that my laptop was not corrupted as scammers got remote access. he checked the drive and verified that nothing malicious was placed on the system and that they no longer could get access to the laptop. Also provided education on some printers and some cloud system for storage. I liked his approach and helpfulness. Will have him come back for any future needs.

Josh W was awesome! Extremely informative about everything he did putting a new system in our desktop computer. He also went above and beyond by showing me about my flash drive that I had pictures on and how to get to it on the computer. Critical: Value just a question about all the 5 stars? You paid 125.00 to tell you need a new screen? i just called and asked for a quote for a new screen. i know it's the screen because i broke it. so why should i pay 125.00 for someone to tell me that. this is crazy talk. I do give you credit, you got it down how to get people's money for the quote.

My tech, Ryley, was Professional, Knowledgeable and friendly. He installed a new hard drive, was fast, and informative as well as helpful. I would recommend using this service for any assistance needed. NOTE: I originally contacted a "local" named company; and read their reviews. but then it turns out that there is a "parent" company -- Karl's Tech Service that actually are the folks that come do the work. Either way-- ALL GOOD! Highly recommend.
