Paul quickly determined that a few improperly tightened screws had come loose inside the laptop case and shorted out the motherboard. He was very helpful in retrieving my data from the hard drives before I shipped it back to the manufacturer for warranty service. As a doctors office we need all our system running, when everything crashed during office hours, Robert came out to help us very quickly and brought our systems back up almost immediately.
