Came there with my broken pc that would not start windows. Two days later got a call that its ready. Picked up, took it home and computer runs like new, maybe even better I can say. I highly recommend these guys, their prices are reasonable, they look very professional. and they fixed that was wrong with my pc, that's most important!!

I got their phone number from a friend that Ralph helped few months ago. My Sony laptop suddenly stopped working one day, it would not boot windows. I called them, Ralph came very next morning, picked up my laptop. I told him that if possible to have it back asap, he said he'll bring it tomorrow, I said ok great, not expecting that fast, to my surprise, Ralph calls me later that day saying laptop is fixed and he'll bring it back later in the evening, I couldn't believe it, so fast.
When he came, he was nice enough to setup my wireless, install software for my palm and made sure everything was working before he left. Ralph was very nice and I will recommend him to all my friends!!

I highly recommend this business. My PC kept freezing; it turned out to be a CPU overheating problem. Not only was Rafal able to resolve the issue in one day but he also stood after-hours and helped me walk the PC back to my car. After returning home, I also saw that he straightened out some of my wires and aligned my led lights. The team is very knowledgeable and provides amazing service.you can't ask for more.

Lets start with, it's a local business and I try to support local business. Then let's address the fact that the costumer service and technical service that I received were phenomenal! I was not charged and I was educated on the problem and how to prevent it from occurring again. **UPDATE** It has been a few years since my last visit and I returned with a new problem.
With a quick turn around speed and the best possible pricing, Raf was able to resolve my problem and not just replace the part. Raf literally saved me a few hundred dollars. PLUS he fixed the problem over a holiday weekend. That's the same great service and price over the course of a few years. This place is the best and their a local business.

Came to this local repair shop after big name retailer asked lots of $ for simple repair. Thought I'd try this place rather than overpay for what I thought should be a simple, quick fix. I'm so glad I did. Laptop was repaired very quickly and nowhere near what the big name retailer wanted. Come here for your computer repairs and they will not try to rip you off!
