I used Step-up Techsolutions starting in 2008 and have had continuous good service and results. Originally a tech came to my apartment in Ft Lee but recently I have connected with an expert right in their office in Weehawken via their Remote Software which allows them to work on my Toshiba lap-top remotely. My most serious problem was wrong advice given by Toshiba and I lost my e-mail folders and address book.

Everything was recovered in a few hours by Step-up remotely. I have also received instructions on how to back up and do preventive maintenance. Their charges are reasonable -especially when they work remotely from their office.
