I spilled coffee on my Macbook Pro and of course brought it to the Mac Store. Not only did my warranty not cover spills, they said that they were going to charge me over $600 and the job would take 2 weeks. I can't be without my laptop for 2 weeks, so I looked online and took a chance with LaptopMD. I was hesitant at first to hand my Mac over, but they had the keyboard replaced and cleaned the laptop for just $250 and I had the computer the next day. I'm very happy with the service and especially how fast I got back my laptop. I'd definitely recommend these guys to a friend.

These guys are AWESOME. My laptop crashed and other computer repair shops wanted to charge me $125 just to diagnose the problem. LaptopMD provided free diagnostic testing in 90 minutes then got my laptop working again an hour later . . . for $125. Amazing. There's no reason to go anywhere else ever again.

I'm very appreciative of LaptopMD for the outstanding service they provided. My laptop had multiple, troubling problems, preventing me from using it at all. The wonderful people at LaptopMD completely solved everything, and they did it quickly. LaptopMD is great. I had a laptop that was initially taking longer then expected to fix due to a problem with my hard drive and supply chain issues. However, the owner reached out to me, corrected the problem and my laptop is now running like brand new again. 5/5 would recommend and will be using again in the future.

I thought I had a good experience at Laptop MD last year, but I was wrong. Not only did the take 6 weeks at fix my Mac, they did an awful job. Since going to get my 2020 MacBook Air fixed there, the speakers have not worked and it does not hold a charge. I went to Apple today and they told me who ever fixed this laptop did a horrible job. They filled my laptop with screws, put in bad parts and did not fully plug in my laptop. If Laptop MD sounds too good to be true it's because they are. Thank you for letting me waste $600 as a student. unbelievable just be honest and say you cannot fix it!

I went to laptop md to get my iPhone 11 screen fixed and they are amazing! I had my two children and they made them very comfortable for the 15 minutes we waited for my phone to be fixed! Needless to say my phone screen looks as good a new and works that way too! They're also not expensive and reasonable! If you need your phone screen replaced they're the way to go!

My laptop stopped charging a while back. They replaced the charging port and at first it still wasn't charging, so I was upset, but once I updated it and fixed some internal stuff my computer is working fine now. They did their part and I did mine. I'm really impressed with their service. They're fast and professional. They also replace iPhone batteries.

My Apple iMac computer recently crashed and was unable to boot. I brought it to LaptopMD and they helped me through the whole process so I could save all of my applications and files and transfer them onto a new refurbished computer that I found and bought to replace it. Mike helped me through numerous phone calls on what the best plan of action would be and to make sure that my new refurbished iMac would be compatible. LaptopMD transferred all of my files and applications onto my new computer and it works exactly the same as my old (now crashed computer).
This was extremely important to me as I run higher end music programs and applications (some of which are difficult to reinstall because of software updates and different operating systems through the years). I was shocked that I didn't have to reinstall any programs or applications myself. When I brought the computer back home it was literally like it was before. Even the inspirational quote on my desktop wallpaper was there! I highly recommend. Thanks Mike and the LaptopMD team!

Laptop MD completely helped bring my computer back to life by fixing its screen. Every time I spoke with someone there they seemed very knowledgeable and assisted me with getting the help I needed. They replaced my hp computer screen which Bestbuy, nor other tech stores were willing to do. When I went in today to pick up my device which was done in about 30 minutes, they took a look at my iPhone which has been giving me issues and fixed it immediately. Highly recommend these guys, Great service!

Hard to give a true rating because they did not ultimately fix my computer. So 3 stars just based on what I did experience. I dropped my Apple Laptop because it just stopped working at the 1 year mark. They said they would look at it and get back to me. 3 days later, they say it's the power supply $400 to fix and give then 2 to 3 days. 3 weeks later I get a call, its not just power but motherboard add another $200.
At that point I just took the loss. Seems like they are very nice there and very busy. Always something going on when you go in the store. Anyway, I would go back to them for sure, but never to Apple.
