Dale earned a B.A. in economics with a minor in statistics from the George Washington University in 1985, and began his 22 year career with the Federal Government, working for the Department of Defense, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and Department of Transportation. In 1996, he was selected to participate in the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the Information Resources Management College at National Defense University, where he studied in a 14 week graduate-level program. Dale earned a M.S. in Information Resources Management in 1997 from Syracuse University and transitioned from resources management to information security management in his professional career.In February 2008 Dale left federal service to run Capable Computers fulltime. Dales computer experience began in 1995, when he built his first personal computer, running a Windows 95 operating system. In 1999, he began working part-time building computer systems for home-based businesses, as well as supporting the systems he built with maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.

We have had 5 or 6 different people all try and “fix” our problems all unsuccessfully. Since Dale has been working with us we have seen a solution in our future. We have had our issues but when we call, Dale is there logging in to our network or coming to our shop. There also some hidden values where we have asked for advice and he has been a great resource for our company so that we can buy the proper technology for our needs. Our server system and all peripherals were all designed and implemented by Dale Hamilton of Capable Computers. We rely on them for complete system and network maintenance. I have called at literally all hours of the day and night as well as on Saturdays and Sundays and always received the same quick and efficient service. My first experience with Dale at Capable Computers was awesome. I have a self-built custom rig that I am normally comfortable troubleshooting myself, but I had an issue of which I wasn't totally sure of the severity. Because I was in the midst of a time-sensitive project, I needed to find a place that could get me back up and running in a reasonable amount of time.
I stumbled across Capable Computers on Google and saw all the great reviews, and that was enough for me. The fact that he is open as early as 8 a.m. was a huge plus. Dale was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and very accommodating with my concerns. I dropped off my rig and he had it back to me that same afternoon. The price for the work I had done was also completely fair and reasonable. Would 100% recommend Capable Computers to anyone, and will certainly be returning myself should the need arise!

Dale is extremely good at what he does, very courteous and very prompt. Turned in a laptop with a busted hard drive and he got it back to me the same day with a new ssd and windows already installed, he worked with me to keep the cost as low as possible and gave me all the options available and was generally just easy to work with. Cannot recommend capable computers enough.

I contacted Dale about a new PC. From the beginning, he explained everything in a clear manner and gave me several options. When I finally made a decision, he provided locations with the best prices. While building my machine, he found a part which had defects. He met me at a local store on his own time to replace the part. There was excellent service and communication throughout the entire process. I will be using and recommending Capable Computers as long as I live in the area!

I recently required the services of a computer person to set up my laptop. I had previously used Capable Computers' Dale Hamilton on another issue and was very pleased with his work. Dale is a full service technician who can help you either by telephone, doing a service call, or depending upon the situation, working remotely. In this instance I needed Dale to come out to my home which he did and accomplished all that had to be done in a timely manner plus gave me a tutorial on a couple of my devices! I wholeheartedly recommend him to one and all!
