I made an appointment with Carlos at Luna Technologies by phone for 4 pm, 27 June. When I made the appointment I stressed that I could only be home a few minutes before 4 since I was in a conference all week and that was the earliest Time I could make. In the middle of my meeting at 2:56 pm he calls my cell and leaves a message that he is in my neighborhood and can he come by.
I could not take the call, I listened to the message at 3:40 pm when I left the conference. I head home and call him at 3:55, no answer, I leave a message saying I am home and asking if he would be there soon. No response. I called again around 4:50 pm and left another voice mail asking if he was delayed and was still coming. No answer. He never showed up. I would never use this company again.
