I had two laptops go bad in two days - had to do a Win10 reinstall and cleanup on one and a "Your computer has a virus" malware on the other. Alex at AVCR did a great job on each. Customer service is great; he explains everything and adds some additional protection software. He's on time with the appointments and sends regular email updates. I live in Florida, but I'll use AVCR remotely whenever I have a problem! Absolutely the best!
