After calling around for a local computer repair shop I went with Corporal PC Repair. He was quick to respond and gave me my options for retrieving my data from my broken PC. After meeting up with him, I handed over my laptop along with an external harddrive and within a couple of hours, I had all my data to transfer onto my new laptop. Mr. Corporal is very professional while being very personable. He completes the project or repair in a timely manner. I called Corporal PC Repair in regards to an issue about my Gaming Laptop and due to his schedule, he was unavailable for a short period of time to conduct the repair however he diagnosed my problem over the phone and was able to assist me with the problem! I will be using his services for future repairs. 2/25/2021 Update: I took my Gaming Laptop to Corporal PC Repair to be fixed and fixed it very quickly but did more than asked! Had trouble with the new windows update not recognizing my mouse ot keyboard. Not only was the issued fixed, he fixed software and rewired for better air flow in the tower. He communicated constantly and was the most professional experience ever. I will be going to Corporal PC Repair for any issue. Blown away. It started with a disaster--all files & e-mails gone. Within a very short time, Andre had everything back and the machine again working properly. He has done work for me before--and each and every time the quality of his work has been superb--just like today. He simply is the best and completely trustworthy.

Andre is the best! I first took my computer to him a couple of years ago for him to retrieve data from my computer hard drive after a lightning strike fried my PC. He quickly, and completely backed up all of my data and provided me with a backup copy of all of my files. He also gave me some suggestions about which new computer to buy. Most recently, I had a problem with my laptop not getting power through my AC adapter.

I feared the worst and dropped my computer off with him to check it out. Literally before I got home, he called me and told me that all I needed was a new battery. While the battery had a charge, the circuitry in the battery was causing the AC power adapter to short out. I turned around before I got home and picked up my laptop feeling a lot better knowing that I wouldn't have to spring for a new one. Andre also gave me some great advice about purchasing a new battery.
