William did a fantastic job on my laptop today. There was a problem with my email, and he diagnosed the issue and sorted it out brilliantly. He was patient, reassuring, and so professional too. A real genius at his job, and I'm hugely grateful for the help I was given. I shall definitely return to this firm next time I have a computer problem, and will recommend them too. THANK YOU!

I have been a customer of Geeks on Wheels for at least 15 years. During that time I have found them to be exceptionally helpful and understanding of my occasional incompetence. From dealing with virus attacks, to software failings and building me a new PC the service has been prompt and the issues clearly explained. The charges for the work seem to me to be entirely reasonable. I recommend them to anyone who needs IT support.

Prompt service - I lost files on my MacBook and a Geek called me back straight away and I was able to book a remote session immediately during which he remotely accessed my laptop, located my files and reinstalled them. Really nice guy, highly recommend this company

When I needed a custom PC for architectural visualisation built William from Geeks On Wheels sorted it out. The machine he built is simply beautiful, fabulously powerful and totally silent. Miles from Geeks On Wheels popped over and had it all up and running in no time. If you need a job done properly and professionally then I can honestly thoroughly recommend Geeks On Wheels.

We called them to find a solution to our wifi connection which was also affecting our Sky Q TV. The team was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and fixed our issue instantly. I would highly recommend them and will 100% use them again.

We have used Geeks on wheels on a number of occasions, and they are always unfailingly polite and exceptionally knowledgeable. William sorted out our WiFi - which had been playing up - and it is now significantly better in the affected area. They also try and find the most cost effective solution to your problem. Very Covid aware too - highly recommend.

The company was easy to contact, and the people were very helpful and informative on the phone. I arranged for them to come to my home to look at my iMac. The young man who called was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He offered suggestions of what the problem might be and, when it was decided that he should take the machine back to the office, he packed the computer up and took it away.

We had discussed the problem, the solutions, and the possible costs. I felt confident for them to take the machine. They kept in touch with me when they had examined the machine and we discussed the solution for the repair. This was done very quickly, I did not have to wait for a long period of time. When they bought it back, it had been repaired very satisfactorily, and at a very reasonable cost.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from them. I intend to recommend them to everyone I know, especially people who use Macs. I have been using Apple Macs for over 25 years in my work as a web designer/photographer, and this company has been the best I have ever used for repairs. I popped into "Geeks on Wheels" two weeks prior to using their service to check and see how much they may charge to an estimate on repairs. I was told by counter staff there was no charge for an estimate and no appointment was necessary so cheerfully dropped off two items (a laptop and an external hard drive). I explained to the guy behind the counter I was told that they offer free estimates and he noddingly agreed and said that was indeed the case.

After contacting me just a few days later with the potential works needed for the hard drive and the laptop, it was concluded that the costs don't justify the repairs so I arranged to collect my goods. It was then that they tried to charge me nearly 80 (combined) for the work that they had already carried out on the two separate items. After explaining to the guy that I was told that it's a free estimate he agreed that the estimate was free, but this was the charge to find out how much it would cost to get them fully repaired. Confused?

Me too! After contesting the charge and explaining that's not how estimates actually work, we finally agreed on a heavily reduced charge which in the end I just reluctantly paid to get out as my two children and dog were waiting for me outside. The staff were friendly enough and I have no issues there but a free estimate that charges around 30-35 per estimate is clearly NOT a free estimate.

I told the guy behind the counter that if he dropped off his car for a free tyre check and was then contacted by that mechanic to say that they checked the tyres for free but they're going to have to charge 40 per tyre for the work that they carried out is that a free estimate? He agreed of course not! They seem friendly enough but I wouldn't recommend using their ervice unless you are absolutely clear of what you're paying for before you drop off your items. (The reason why it's two stars instead of one is because the guy in the shop recognised that I was given heavily misinformation and looked to amend it as best as he could otherwise bet your last quid it's a one star only!)

Brilliant service. First class help and going above and beyond to find alternate and reasonable methods that would have otherwise priced me out. Really can't praise them highly enough!

Geeks on Wheels are really amazing and very professional. They helped fix all my tech issues (after trying for months with other freelancers/ companies without success) and I would really recommend them to anyone.

We had a Geek on Wheels visit in mid September and it was truly illuminating. For so long we had been putting up with computer difficulties without knowing who to ask and we had a long list of questions that our Geek, Csaba, helped us work through with infinite patience and lots of advice. I particularly liked that he did not try to talk us into buying the latest stuff but also made us aware of risks we were running using old software and made suggestions for low cost solutions we could set up ourselves. The best 90 I have paid out for a while - thank you so much Geeks on Wheels.

Geeks On Wheels have been excellent - both Gagan and Csaba took great pains to meet my rather fussy requirements (changing case fans, installing cpu coolers and graphics cards - all on site!) and moreover were amiable and highly courteous throughout.

I had an SSD installed in to my ageing computer. They did a great job, very efficient and helpful, and very reasonable cost. Both Chubba and William were great. No hesitation in recommending them for IT issues.

Took my Mac in as it became unusable overnight; the team looked at the issue, called me to discuss my options and in the end pushed me away from a repair - which is clearly not in their interest but better for me as a customer. I was really impressed with the service and I will be back with any issues moving forward. 100% recommend.

The Burgess Hill Geeks on Wheels IT specialist did a great job at fixing our computer following file corruption. He went to a lot of trouble to sort out the problem and retrieve our files. Can highly recommend to others.

I would like to express my thanks for the very efficient way in which Jon Campbell attended to my computer issues. Whilst Jon was unfortunately unable to rescue data from a separate hard drive that was causing me problems, he did manage to transfer a great deal of data to a new hard drive I had just purchased as a replacement and also installed a back-up program for the future. I have used this company before and found the staff quick, efficient and friendly and will certainly recommend them again.
