Once back at the office, we run a standard diagnostic test on all of your hardware, and then we give you a call to let you know the outcome of the test. If any parts are required to fix your computer, we will let you know the estimate at this time. After you have given the go ahead on your repair, we charge you a flat rate no matter how many hours we work on your PC. Once the computer repair is complete, we set up an appointment that works best for you to deliver your computer to you at no charge to you.

When my computer was infected with a virus I called a couple of the big names in computer repair. I was quoted prices around $200.00 to repair. I called my computer lady, she quoted me a price far below what the biggies were wanting. She came to my house picked up my laptop, repaired it and delivered it back. This was all done for about a third of the cost that I was quoted from the stores. My computer works great and I would highly recommend.
