Called Re-Nu Laser and explained exactly what we needed regarding repairs and networking. Gave them printer model numbers and answered all questions. They promised to show up that week, but never did. Called them again the following week asking for ETA, they promised to be there that week. That was over 3 weeks ago. They never showed up and never contacted us again. I do not recommend this company.

I ordered service for my home printer due to an error code I was unable to resolve. I received excellent service over the phone explaining my situation and scheduling an appointment. Wade used his knowledge and professional experience to diagnose the problem with my printer and further helped by guiding me to my manufactures resources so that I can take the next appropriate steps. Prices are exceptional and reasonable. I would use this service again!

For the past 27 years inlingua Language Services has exclusively used the services of Re-Nu for the simple reason that by the time we see there is no ink in our printers it is already too late. By calling Re-Nu we are guaranteed the same day service without any rush fees. I am most grateful for this prompt and reasonable service. If a printer or copier breaks it is never down for more than a day.
