So refreshing to find a reliable, trustworthy, and honest computer repair service. Jason is absolutely an outstanding professional. I had an issue where I thought our laptop had died and was a goner. After talking through the issue with Jason he took a look at it and promptly diagnosed that it was a relatively simple fix and was quick to get our laptop returned. Will definitely use him again for future computer issues and would recommend him to everyone. Thanks again Jason!

I can't even begin to describe how great Jason is. He's helped us on numerous projects on multiple computers and completes everything in a professional and timely manner while also remaining a positive and friendly point of contact. I always find going into computer shops daunting because the technicians I've encountered aren't usually super professional and they tend to charge you an arm and a leg just to take a look at the computer.

After finding Jason, we will never step foot in a computer repair place again. As long as Jason is willing, we will always contact him first for our computer needs. His prices are also EXTREMELY reasonable for the tasks he has completed for us. Positive experience all around.

I contacted Jason (and a few other businesses) about my growing pile of inoperable laptops, explaining that I could no longer afford to keep up the habit of just buying a new computer. I explained the issues with all 3 and asked for a rough price quote. He was the only one who responded with a straightforward estimate of what he thought would need to be done and how much it would be for each issue.

The other answers I received were not helpful and left me wondering what kind of bill I would be getting myself into. So I took all 3 computers to him and he had me not just one, but TWO working laptops within 3 days, with all of my files recovered. The amount I owed was exactly what I expected based on his initial estimate and his continuous communication with me during the process.

I found my new computer guy!!! Systems are working awesomely and even set up where he can help me with future issues with ease. I am most appreciative of his straightforward answers, regular updates, and SUPER reasonable prices. This was all way less than a new laptop would have cost me. It was also way less than I had initially thought repairing them would be, and I ended up with two systems working instead of just one as I had thought. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know!

I had a problem where I was locked out of my PC. I brought it in on Tuesday and by Thursday I'm back ok my computer once again. Super fast! Fair pricing and very kind. 10/10 would recommend!

I got the Blue Screen of Death last night, and I was unable to reboot or restart even with the OS disc. I messaged Jason late. We messaged this morning, and I dropped off my computer this morning. By this evening, my computer was repaired with a new SSD since my hard drive died. Fast service, great communication, and reasonable prices! Saving his info for future use!

I took my computer to Jason for repair and he did an amazing job. He's very straightforward, no nonsense, and VERY fairly priced. Most places will charge you an arm and a leg to the point where you might as well buy a brand new computer - not the case with Jason. He kept me up to date along the way, troubleshooted the problem, and got me in and back up and running at lightning speed. I'd recommend his services to anyone in need of computer repair services and I'd certainly hire him again in the future.

Had several major problems in a row with a newly built PC. I was able to drop my PC off with Jason within half an hour with no appointment. He was able to pinpoint the issues that day and spent the next two days working through them. Professional guy with good skills.

Jason was very helpful in fixing a couple different issues with my Asus laptop. First we spent a day trying to remotely fix it, and when that didn't work, I dropped the laptop with him for additional fixing (took 2 days). Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

Jason was amazing my SSD had a corrupted Windows OS folder and I could not do anything on it. He reset my pc and could of backed up but I just said not to get the job done quicker. He was very professional and quick he finished my Pc in about an hour. I'm glad I went with him I was about to get charged double the price if it was not for him. My puter broke after a forced windows update during christmas week. I had planned on a week off doing nothing but wargames but instead spent a day trying to fix it. After hours of frustration I checked nextdoor and found a recommendation to Jason's Computer Repair. Needless to say I am extremely happy with the results! I broke the charging port of my laptop. I work from home and my laptop is essential to my job, so to have it on 13% with no way to charge it was not the way I wanted to start my Monday. My boyfriend referred me to Jason, who had previously fixed his gaming PC. I gave Jason a call with the intent of just having the port fixed. When I brought him the laptop I mentioned that I wasn't too concerned about anything but the repair, as the laptop was slow and I was already planning to buy a new laptop come Black Friday. Jason told me he would be able to give my laptop a tune up and have it running the way I needed it to without having to drop a bunch of money getting a new one. Jason was able to fix my laptop within the same day and not only does it charge, but it is running faster than it ever has!

I cannot tell you how often I wanted to pull my hair out with how slow this laptop was, but this last week of work was SEAMLESS. I didn't have to worry about switching between tabs with a lag, or long loading times with my email, or opening and jumping between multiple files without the pesky unresponsive message. 10/10 would recommend Jason for your computer repair needs. Jason saved me hundreds of dollars by recommending I repair my laptop rather than buying a new unit. He repaired the laptop at a very reasonable cost in less than a day and made it perform much better. I will never take a malfunctioning computer to any company.
