Estimates of hardware repairs or upgrades are always free. No work beyond an estimate will ever be performed without full understanding and approval by the customer. Preventative maintenance is the key to a stable, functional, frustration-free personal computer. I will recommend software and practices to help ensure that your computer runs well for months or years into the future.

Quality parts from reputable manufacturers are the keys to long computer life, future upgradeability, and stability in a PC. I will never use sub-standard, low-quality parts in your PC. The customers happiness and appreciation of a job well done are important to my continued success. If you are happy, then you'll recommend my services to your friends, family, and co-workers. Computer geek-speak is not a language I use with my customers.

I will speak to you in plain terms about computer technology. A customer should never spend more on upgrades or repairs than a PC is worth. Sometimes it is easier or cheaper just to buy a new PC. If this is the case, I'll let you know, even if I lose your immediate business. I will never take advantage of someone just because they might know less about computers than I do.
