Repair Stop

Terrible job done: He left the screen popping out on my IPhone 6s which caused it to crack again right away. Then my Touch ID stopped working 2 weeks after getting it back and I didn't find out that THEY REPLACED IT WITH A FAULTY ONE WITHOUT TELLING ME until I got it fixed at another Repair shop. The new guy told me that only the original Touch ID works with the phone and any replacement later goes bad so now I lack that feature on my phone permanently. I will be reviewing on yelp as well.

Quick & easy screen repair! I dropped my phone off while I went to the chiropractor and it was ready when I got back. If you want your screen to look like the original then ask that they use the OEM parts, it's a lil' more expensive but worth it or your screen will not have a good contrast.

Very fast and perfect work! They were very helpful and fixed my screen perfectly. I was worried the problem with my iPhone screen was worse and I was going to have to buy a new phone, but they fixed the problem in 20 minutes for an incredibly reasonable rate. Highly recommend!

It started well but ended quite badly. I had a bad customer service experience and ended up getting ripped off by this place. I went to get my OnePlus 3T screen replaced and was charged full price for what was meant to be original OnePlus manufacturer screen replacement but was in fact a copy version. I ended up with new problems that the technician tried to hide, didn't even try to fix and didn't even offer a monetary compensation or a solution.

I got an ultimatum, a yelling at by a rude technician and a few bad surprises of functions and hardware no longer working once it was too late. I needed a functioning screen since I'm from out of town and was travelling overseas so time was an issue. The owner didn't even bother replying to my email. Don't support bad customer service and people who rip you off. UPDATE: I see how it is and how he describes how it went - I didn't yell, berate or abuse your employee - it was pretty much the other way around and there was no offer of fixing/shipping for free.

I'm not ashamed to leave this review - it was insulting and shocking the way your employee was with me especially with all the issues I have with my phone AFTER having passed through your store. I can see there won't be any responsibility taken from your end.

I accidentally dropped my phone and the screen was badly cracked. Prior that for about 6 months I had issues hearing on the phone and I had to take all of my phone calls on speaker or with headphones. Walked into "Repair Stop" just to fix my screen. I was told to give them 30min for the screen to be replaced. When I came back my phone looked brand new.

The following day I received a phone call to realize that I was able to hear loud and clear. Very pleasantly surprised that the issue was resolved and I didn't mention that issue to them. Great place and very professional stuff! If you need any phone repairs or laptop repairs I would highly recommend them!

Took my phone in to get cracked screen fixed, took 30 min as promised and when I got my phone back I started noticing the screen wasn't working the way it should. The Snapchat button wouldn't let me hold it down, I can't hold the backspace button down to delete, I have to press it over and over to get it to work. I took it in, they said they couldn't see the problem and then finally they said they could see it and to come back in about 25 min.

I came back 25 min later and they said they had replaced the screen again. The problem however, was still happening. I showed them that it wasn't fixed and he said it needed a hard reset. Awesome, hard reset fixed it for like 5 min so I left the store, because I had already been waiting for over an hour. Now its back to not working the way it should. Cheap and quick phone repair, but no guarantees you will be able to use your phone when they are done with it. Never going here again.

I went in with a functioning phone, they fixed my screen that had a chip in the bottom corner of the screen and a hairline crack. When I was using it every so often within the next 3 days the phone wouldn't register touch every now and then. So I called them and they said they would replace the screen. I came in they replaced the screen and now it's completely unusable.

The man told me to come back on different day so the manager could issue me a refund. So I went back and they said they were going to put my old screen back on but they put some other screen back on that is shattered over the whole surface. So now I have a screen that is destroyed and a phone that doesn't function. Would recommend if you don't want exteme feelings of frustration, or feeling taken advantage of, go elsewhere.

Well they are cheap but thats about where the good ends. I stopped by to see if they could fix my note 4 screen. They didnt have the parts but said they would if i came back monday ( 3 days later ). I did and when I came they said they still didn't have it but would call me when it came in. I waited about a week and a half and got no word from them.

I called them back and asked if they specifically had a screen for my note for and they said yes. So I guess they got it and just didn't call me. I came in to have them fix it and they did but when I left the store I noticed that some buttons weren't working. When I looked to see why it's because the screen was lifting off phone. I came back the next day ( today) to ask them if they could fix the corner that's coming up and they're not here.

It's Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. right now and I'm waiting outside of their store that opens up at 10 a.m. Monday through Saturday. Somebody here doesn't care about this business. Like I said its cheap and the people here are nice to talk to but their service is not exactly the best.update: they did finally open and fixed the problem. Again very nice guys but for $170 i want customer service AND for my phone to work.

Another shop almost ruined my IPhone 4S when they ripped off the battery connection from the mother board changing the battery. I spoke to many repair places around LA about fixing it but no one was able to do the job. I called up The Repair Shop in West LA and they referred me to this shop in Sherman Oaks, 2 days later and my phone is working again.

They used their microscope and went in and reattached the battery connector to the motherboard. Everyone at the shop was good to deal with and they returned calls telling me their progress. If you have any IPhone problem take it to these guys, they will sort you out.

Great service. I had a chip in my iPhone glass. It wasn't effecting the performance of screen. Clerk gave me a choice, didn't press me for sale. I chose to have it replaced for cosmetic purposes only. Glad I did. Like new!
