Can't say enough about this company. I called and explained my HP 4700 printers issue. The receptionist was kind and outlined all I needed to know. Next, a technician called and I was mind blown with his vast knowledge so we set up a service call first thing in the am for the next day. He came out, had me up and running within 30-40 minutes and I was able to meet my deadline.
