Data Recovery Group started in 1986, better known to our early customers as Drive Repair Services Corporation. Originally our primary business was hard drive repair but as an added value for our customers we routinely recovered data from repaired drives. In 1994, as hard drive prices declined and demand for recovery solutions increased, we redefined our mission to become one of the premier data recovery sources in the world. At this time we ceased offering permanent hard drive repair and began specializing in the recovery of data from failed hard drives and multiple drive servers and RAID systems.

I am wedding photographer in the metro Detroit area. As a photographer I went through one of those nightmares that we all hope never happens, an sd memory card I had just shot an event with went corrupt. My camera could not access the sd card and neither would any laptop I tried it on. I googled my possibilities and found the Data Recovery Group in Southfield MI.

I rushed out in hopes they could recover my files or I would have to answer to an angry bride, something no photographer looks forward too. Luckily I found these guys who within just a couple of days they had recooperated my photographs. Friendly fast and they definitely know what they are doing!

The level of services here was despicable. Customer service will never return a call and they couldn't care less about assisting you. I wouldn't utilize this service if they paid me for my data recovery. I'd give them ZERO stars, but that is not an option.

Expensive but worth it. Data Recovery Group got my filez back when my laptop died. They did it fast and right but they cost a lot of money so be sure you need data recovery services before you talk to these guys.
