PC repair guy from hell! Not only could they not repair our laptop they lost/threw out our hard drive despite having put it in an enclosure for us and knowing fully well we wanted to keep it. I've kept trying to schedule appointments to pick up the hard drive but it is extremely difficult to get someone on the phone. They almost never pick up. I've shown up in person but there's seldom anyone on site (at least in Walnut Creek) and the door is just locked.
Even when I did manage to schedule an appointment no one showed up for it and the door was locked as usual. I've tried and tried and tried until finally they told us they can't find our hard drive anymore. This place is a disaster.

Unhelpful and uninterested in helping at all. They didn't see anything of significance in it for them so they blew me off. ***Responding to his response below:*** How would you DARE libel me and say I asked for anything illegal. I took a picture of your public libelous response. I very clearly asked you for what my insurance asked for: an ESTIMATE.
I told you it is most likely a write off and probably can't be repaired but they need to hear that from a professional repair center nonetheless, which you have made clear you are not. I said I'd be happy to pay for your time for the estimate. I found a very nice fellow who said come on by and he wrote that repairing it is not possible and that is it. How'd you come up with anything illegal?! Asking for an ESTIMATE?!
I can't just ask insurance to give me a new one because I say so. How do you think insurance companies total items or cars?! The estimate exceeds the value. Think before you write a libelous comment. And you're the "not nice person" for insulting me for asking what my insurance company asked for.

Gilbert was a phenomenal help here. Our MacBook is allergic to water and just stopped one day after some moisture found it's way into the machine. For a test and inspection fee (which is rolled into the repair price if you get it repaired) they will tell you what is wrong, what needs to be done and how much it costs.which they held to as well as a schedule which they followed. Good guys for what we needed.

Excellent service, my laptop hard drive burned out and they were quick to respond with pricing and repair options. Maintained open communication and quick responses to some questions I had. Price is the best you'll get in the area for the quality and speed of work. Highly recommend, I will definitely go back here if I need any more computer work done

Honest people. They always make things right with your IT needs and make you feel you are important with them. Been dealing with them over 6 years now for first my personal computer and now my mid size business for the past 5. I never found them out of line for all my computer needs. The are responsive, proactive and just do a great job. How about that for a change. to have someone you can always depend on.
