We had a major power surge that damaged our server [and] MetroTech were onsite within an hour of my call. The technician worked tirelessly throughout the day and into the late night to get the server repaired. At 8:00am the next morning our server was up and running and our business network was operational again. MetroTech showed a sincere concern for the impact on our business and provided exceptional customer service to get the repairs completed.

Our first contact with MetroTech was wonderful. They are very knowledgeable about their products, attentive to your needs and provided us with sound solutions about our equipment. MetroTech took the time with our company to when we were in need and no one else could help us. Their service has been terrific and they are just a phone call away. I don’t know any other company you can call and they are in the building within the hour.

Our condo association recommended Metro Tech IT. I'm so glad they did. We needed a quote and advice on a computer issue. Laura in the front office was very courteous and professional from the first phone call. I had more questions after the diagnosis and Roman answered all my questions that I had. Eric at Metro Tech saved me today! He came to our office within 10 minutes of my call. Our dinosaur server would not reboot and our drivers were not working. Knowing nothing about tech is very scary but Eric was very calm and confident and fixed our problem. Without his help today our office would not run and and our business would be frozen. He really saved us when we were in a bind.
He had knowledge of our old tech and knew how to make things run. We are very appreciative of his service and skills and now I can get back to work! I would highly recommend Metro Tech IT and will use them again when needed in the future. I have every confidence in them.

We recently needed a quote and advice on a project. The process was very smooth and professional from the first phone call. A time was set for Eric, the owner of the company, to come out. He arrived promptly and was very thorough explaining possible issues and ways to resolve them. He took his time and spoke in terms that I, who is not an "IT Technician", could understand.
He was able to send the quote with multiple options the same day. When I had a question regarding the quote he was immediately available. I definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service.

Thank you Metro Tech for the most amazing service from start to finish. Eric was so great at explaining the transition and giving us a timeline and the price was very reasonable. Today Jacob came to do our install and he was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything he was doing, made sure everything was working and walked us through tips I didn't even know I could do on my computer. Metro Tech IT is an amazing local company. They donated a PC to me so that I could complete school work and also play some games with friends. They have gone above and beyond to help me in all aspects of my IT needs. They are highly knowledgeable and swift to respond to my questions and issues. MetroTech came recommended to me and it is the best IT recommendation I've ever gotten. Eric was VERY knowledgeable and explained every aspect of what would be happening. He maintained contact throughout the project and oversaw the job himself and gave me periodic updates. He even came back and to make sure everything was still running to our our liking. I cannot saw say enough about Eric and his team. I will always use them for our IT needs. We are a small business so good work for a fair price is paramount.

Our fire department has used MetroTech as our IT support for approximately 3 years. They have provided us with several efficient solutions that we had been lacking prior to contracting with them. Russ was integral during our set-up process and made the transition as seamless as possible. Since then, Chris has been a lifesaver withvirtually every issue that we have had present itself.

After much IT frustration, we began using MetroTech for our company in October of last year. They have been a breeze to work with, and really stay on top of projects and any issues that arise from start to finish. Jacob is AWESOME and has taken so much frustration and headaches off our our plate by handling issues as they arise. We couldn't be happier with their service or their staff. I absolutely love the fasteners I get from Mettec. They are exceptionally well made and the customer service is great too. I can get my order to my doorstep within 3 days (California) and the shipping is priced very reasonably. The fasteners I use are for automotive applications, so all metric sized. I have been installing Titanium and Aluminium fasteners on my Mercedes-Benz, which traditionally uses external Torx. With the new bolts, I can eliminate bringing out e-Torx for service and it opens my door to use more tools e-torx is not offered in.

3 hours late and waiting at the moment. I had to call over an hour ago to make sure they were still coming. No one bothered to call or email me that they were going to be late. Just because you are IT doesn't mean you can blow off customer service. 3.5 hours later I get a call-he is in St. Pete and what he was told he was doing isn't even close to what I called and said I needed. Update will follow. 3/20/17 UPDATE Last week someone from their office showed up unannounced to go over the disaster of last visit.
He offered to take $90 off our $390 bill. Are you serious? You still want me to pay $300 for NOTHING? As a favor, the tech offered to disable some of the background programs that seem to slow the older computers down. Yup, speed it up a bit but what he didn't tell me is that it was going to disable my ability to search for documents in my computer.
Thank G*d for Google-I fixed it my own self. I was supposed to get a proposal last week for the other work we need done. Still haven't received it. Guess what? Do you seriously think I am going to have this compnay touch anything my office again? NOT! They must have a bunch of idiots that know nothing about computers as clients; because the reviews I read are a far cry from what I have had to deal with. Too bad you can't give a negative star.
