Took a friends computers to have cleaned up, as she gave the best one to me. Tonya from CRS picked the best one for me to keep and I took it home and plugged it in, and I haven't had an issue with it yet. I had a scare the 2nd day, but it was an operator issue. Was distraught a bit, and had to get the kid over to figure it out. It was the display which was set up for dual computers.
It was the usual frustrating ordeal computers put me through, but the kid got it fixed. Trust me, it was not an easy fix. All is good, and this is the best computer, and works great, thanks to CRS.

This company is TERRIFIC! They really care about the service that they deliver. They specialize in Apple, which I have, and really know their stuff. You won't be impressed by the facility, but you will be very impressed by the service and that's what counts. They are very reasonable. Pete is the best! I almost never write reviews that are this positive, but CRS is the real deal.

This mac repair shop is family owned and operated. They are incredibly knowldgeable and efficient, are compassionate, and care about their work and its impact on the customer. We've been going to them for twenty years, through many computer fiascos, and they've always demonstrated the utmost care, and professional service. More than that, though, these are good people, extrememly hardworking, with integrity. That is hard to find anywhere, but particualrly in a repair industry driven by Mac's exclusive, costly products and parts. Highly recommend!

This shop is owned by a fantastic couple who actually care about their customers. Pete and Tonya go out of their way to help and explain everything to you so you're not going into a repair or sales situation blind. They work hard to do good by their customers. Their pricing is refreshingly reasonable. I just can't say enough great things about this business.

I'll be honest: I was a bit skeptical when I found out about this place. I don't trust just anyone with my mac, but the price was compelling and the customer service (before even sending the computer) was friendly. Backstory: my MacBook had died just after losing its AppleCare. I had an extended warranty through American Express, but it turns out AmEx's extended warranties are a total fraud.
The place they had me send the computer (PC Laptops, http://www.pclaptops.com/) straight up lied (said I had tried repairs that I didn't) and said the repair would cost $1700 for a computer that cost ~$1000 when I bought it four years earlier. PC Laptops also told me the motherboard was dead. Fast forward to my sending the computer to CRS. They said the motherboard (AKA logic board) repair would cost $250.00 at most.
When they got the computer, they somehow magically fixed it without having to replace the motherboard. They didn't charge me for the repair I had requested since my parts were fine, and the diagnostic fee + shipping came to just over $50. That's right--$50 for a repair for which another place would've gleefully charged me $1700. If you own a Mac, bookmark their site and use it for your repairs. They rule.
