Had my computer fixed here a while ago and they did an awesome job. They made it simple, backed up everything, and got what needed to get done. All you do is simply fill out a sheet when you get there saying what you need backed up and put back on your computer and your set. The only things that I believe don't get restored are specific programs you download like Adobe, etc. I will definitely come back here if I have anymore computer problems, and knowing my computer, I probably will...
