We pride ourselves on specializing in fast, affordable and friendly service. A service call is $99 and includes the first hour onsite. Additional hours are billed at $80 p/hr on 15 minute increments. Remote screen viewing is $20 per 15 minute session. I am a small business owner, I needed someone to come out and fix the slow front desk computer and take care of a small issue that my computer had. We have had many different computer repair people out to look at our computers in the past, they all seemed to take forever and never really fixed our problems. I did some research and was surprised by all of the raving reviews that Mobile Computer Wizard had received. I called them, they came out, fixed all of my problems and the tech was very personable. All of the reviews were true; I had to write one of my own.

MCW and specifically Kyle, has been such a terrific find for our company (Summerdale Enterprises, Inc., San Diego 92117). Kyle is always available if something happens unexpectedly, and is great about keeping up with our monthly checkups on a regular basis. He's also honest (not always easy to find in computer techs), and incredibly patient about explaining computer-speak in more down to earth, layman's terms.
