My gaming laptop ended up needing a few parts repaired so I tried a place closer to my house but to no avail. I tried laptop repair source after that and it was a very simple process. The people who run this business are very nice, the pricing and response time is amazing and there is no sketchy business when it comes to paying and receipts. Hell they will even let you have the warranty that the parts come with! overall amazing business and I recommend coming to anyone that has a similar issue with their laptop.

These guys were great. brought my ps4 here because it was overheating. very fairly priced, was worried I would have to buy a new one. I LOVE this place! The people are VERY nice and personable. They're VERY knowledgeable and honest. They explain things very clearly and answer all questions respectfully and with a great attitude. They even call and give updates. I took my son's laptop to a different place before coming here. The difference in service was night and day! Laptop Repair Source staff were able to accurately diagnose the problem as I was explaining the signs and symptoms AND repaired it at an awesome price in a short time frame! I'm SO happy and will be bringing all my computers here from now on. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Lots of options for laptop repair services in San Diego and I highly recommend this company. They take a qualitative approach to diagnosing and providing a detailed expense summary of repairs before beginning the laptop maintenance. OK this was my first time coming here, i cracked my screen on my dell laptop and didnt know where to go with all the places. I decided to give them a try, glad i came here these guys are friendly, they went out of their way to get me a good deal and they do great work, i got my computer back the same day all cleaned up with a new screen, it looks better than it did when i brought it in.

Not my first rodeo with these guys but first time coming to their new address/location and my first review for this business. I've had a couple PlayStations take a crap on me. Both times these guys diagnosed, cleaned and repaired them. So am back with my PlayStation to get diagnosed cleaned up and repaired. They are cheap and the turn around time is pretty quick. I would recommend this place to get your laptop or gaming system repaired here to everybody.

I am very thankful for Laptop Repair source. As a student, my laptop is byfar one of the most valuable things that I have, and for it to have any malfunction would be like not being to have a car in SoCal. A few weeks ago, I mistakenly broke one of my keyboard keys beyond repair, and oh boy, being a Microsoft computer, it would cost so much just to fix one key, especially since it is a laptop. Walking around the business offices, I encountered Laptop Repair Source and found one of the guys there to help me.
I appreciated his character, because he was honest to tell me that for labor and parts, it would not be worth the time to fix one key. So I ordered a new key online, brought it back, and he ensured that it was repaired properly by his own hand. My laptop is now back to being good as new! Really friendly, quality service. They went above and beyond to help me get my old 2009 MacBook Pro back up and running. I ended up having to bring it back in a couple of times due to problems that weren't any fault of theirs, and they were really sweet about checking things out and getting me going again. I've been taking computers here for repair for several years, both laptops and desktops. On my first visit, with a laptop that wouldn't turn on, the tech at the counter pushed the battery to seat it better, and fixed the problem, no charge. I've had hard drives replaced and OS upgrades. The last hard drive installed at Laptop Repair Source was solid state and turned my Vista-vintage computer into the fastest booting and file copier/mover/downloader I've ever had.
I could not get Google Earth install or run with the video card I had and The techs at Laptop Repair Source got it installed an running beautifully without having to buy another video card. I'm impressed with their skill, experience and communication, and grateful for the service they provide.

Have a nice little Dell laptop that suddenly stopped working. Suspecting a bad battery, did all the little tricks to check the battery, to no avail. A guy at Fry's suggested trying Laptop Repair Source. Zipped over there (don't be put off by the little "hole in the wall" building), they have their own parking and are right on the end/corner. Technician quickly assessed the problem (yesh, it was a bad battery), said he could order one and it would be here by Tuesday (this is a Friday). Ba da Bing!
Battery actually came in on Monday, plus they took the old one for recycling. These guys had the opportunity to really gouge, but instead did excellent work trouble-shooting and taking care of the real problem. While I was there, they also handled, quickly and efficiently, at least four other customers, who seemed to be satisfied and left smiling. I heartily recommend trying Laptop Repair Source in Kearney Mesa.
