For a fixed price you get the assurances of a thorough computer examination and repair. We use a wide net when we analyze your computer. While we cannot determine problems with some hardware that may fail in the near future, we are very good in finding things that are wrong now. Because we are equipped to handle multiple computer repair jobs at once, our shop bench is by far more economical than hourly rates that apply when we visit your location. Networking

There are many circumstances where onsite service is the only option. In particular is the local network issues where the problem is easily contained in one box. Onsite troubleshooting is required to resolve problems with connectivity between devices. The problem may not be evident in our shop, but when connected to your network the problem is visible. Sometimes problems are not consistent but rather they seem to come and go with no pattern.

Very hard to contact, no answer on phone, takes days to respond to a facebook message, and they do not care if you buy incompatible parts with each other, they even print on receipt that they only sell parts and not care about compatibility. I was trying to contact them for a faulty item i bought but it is so hard to get in touch unless i go there in person

If you're looking to pay by card and have the receipt named under your company, its not possible here. Which is weird. The only place I've experienced this. I have used my personal card and had the receipt named under our company so many times. Something to take note. Unless you have a credit card NAMED under your BUSINESS/COMPANY/CORPORATION

Great experience here. I had an issue with my PC that I couldn't fix myself and after geek squad and tech 2u couldn't fix it, I was just going to give up and buy an entirely new PC. I decided to give it one last try and took it to patriot computer solutions and they finally found out the issue. They were friendly, super responsive (it was fixed in 24 hours), and reasonably priced.
The quality of their work was great too. You should skip the trouble of lugging your PC around to geek squad and tech 2u, just come here and they'll fix your problem right away.

We had a great experience with Patriot. Jason took my son's dismantled gaming computer that was failing to power up from my 12 years olds rebuild. It was a rats nest of wires and a box of misc components, bolts and wires. He returned it to us in about 24 hours, fully restored and beautifully organized inside, viewable from the clear glass panels w RGB.
The computer is running great and the stress at home from gamer vs parent is gone. The cost I believe was reasonable and the turn around time stellar! We expected to be out of commission for a week or more so getting it back in a days time was awesome. What brought us to Patriot was their long established presence in Roseville (10yrs+ in their current location), professional and secure appearance of their shop and plenty of good online reviews, which were confirmed by our own experience with Patriot. Thanks Jason! You saved this gamers summer vaca!

I use to shop Frys, Best Buy, and other big box computer stores. However, I discovered Jason at Patriot Computer Solutions. He is awesome. His service is wonderful, and he stands behind the computers he sells or repairs he makes If you have a need to make your older computer last, and even get quicker talk to Jason. Over the ten years I have used Patriot I have been pleased with his solutions, his repairs and the computer I bought from him that was a refurbished HP that has now lasted me for years. If you need a computer guy or computer repair/improvement don't hesitate to stop in and talk with Jason.

If you are wondering where might be a good place to go for issues with your PC or just a little help to get it up and running, go here. Don't bother with chain store geek squad or tech2u that just put you weeks out and hoping they don't run up the bill, just come here. Clear, straight forward and honest, why would you want to spend your money elsewhere?
I had problems with my new build and had been driving by and just stopped in and Jason got everything up and running and even did some extra work on my pc that saved me a few hours. Can't argue with service like that.

After spending 3 days a total of 6 hours with APPLE Support on the phone with no fix in site - I took my desktop to Jason at the Patriot Computer Solution, he was a referral from a friend. He plugged it in and looked and my issue and within 10 minutes the problem was resolved! He has earned my business for life and I will refer him to everyone I know. Bravo Jason! and he is a TRUE Patriot too :

If you need computer repair Patriot Computer is the place to go! Pricing is very reasonable and fair. Customers service is over the top. Turn around time for replacement part was quicker than expected. While waiting to pick up computer Jason was helping another customer, and I was so impressed when that customer was let know that his iPad was still under warranty, and to take it to Apple for replacement. Jason is the man if you need device repair!

I stopped in at Patriot Computer Solutions after leaving the tech repair place up the street. Jason was very helpful and diagnosed my samsung chromebook in 5 minutes for free. The solution ended up being a simple fix, unlike the $199 the other guys tried to charge me, without any guarantee it would solve the problem. I won't take my tech issues anywhere else! Also his beard game is on point!

Purchase is pretty quick and straightforward. If you are planning to have them assemble the unit for you just like me, make sure to arrive there early since there's a possibility you will wait for an hour or two to clear their backlog of assembly.

Phil and team have been great partners over the years. I have their repair program for all of my computers. They have my repairs back to me in a day. The repairs are always completed properly, thoroughly. Cost justification is at a little over one repair per computer per year. That is a no brainer with my teen kids constantly doing downloads. The repair program is cheaper as you put more computers on the program.
Lately, Phil connected a wireless system that allows my IPad, Lap Top , Desk top to work together on the road.
I travel a lot and need to be access of of computers at home while I am on the road. I can, while in a business meeting, access my desk top and pull files off of my desk top. Its cool, and has saved me lots of time.
