You Rock!!! I spilled coffee on my new laptop and Billy Ray replaced my keyboard and took off my keys and installed them onto my new keyboard. I just bought my laptop and I am still paying on it so money is tight. You saved me and I will be forever grateful. You are the best and very nice person with a friendly smile.

This place is incredible. I took in my computer due to constant crashes and screen glitches and they said I needed a new computer. BUT they ended up giving me a new computer at a small price and all the repairs preformed before hand were free of charge! I then took it in later to get the internet checked out due to choppy connection and they fixed it up free! Great place, would highly recommend!

Okay first i brought in one pc asked if you can look at it for me but if it's not gonna work or to old please let me know then they told me if I bring in the other pc they would not change for looking at the first pc being so old it's a paper paper weight well first guy never made a notes of this so instead bringing in my sons other pc again asked call before adding or repairing call first cuz I have more parts from a build no call added e parts plus charged for both adding extra cost that wasn't necessary this is reason for 4stars great work very fast I just wanted a call and to save 50$ it December did not need this extra cost plus parts that I had to bring into replace what was broken

My poor Mac desktop had become a slow loading sloth. It's three years old, not ready for the scrap heap, but not being the great machine I was used to. I called Spokane Valley PC repair for a quote. It sounded like a fair price. They took my machine in, ran diagnostics and couldn't get it quite up to par. They suggested a new hard drive.

Their price was more than equitable for the new equipment. My final bill was about 2/3 of what I thought it would be. Not cheap, as computer repairs go, but not outrageous. I only cried in private, about writing the check, for about five minutes. That's quite good, considering I usually sit in a funk for two days about such matters. The young man behind the counter is very friendly.

Their office is clean and warm on a winter's day. I'd suggest you take a chance on this business and let them work on your computers. I think you'll be pleased. :-

Excellent service! My wife's hard drive dies and they were able to get all the data off of it the same day I brought it by! Way more affordable than Best Buy and they are local! Highly recommend them. Jameson the owner was a nice man.

I brought my computer in to see what was going on with it, come to find out my hard drive was starting to crash. The gentleman was able to back up my hard drive to a portable drive. I am so thankful to him and his business to save all my important documents, pictures, etc. I highly recommend this business for all your computer repair needs.

The first thing you should know is that this place is under new ownership. Disregard those two year old reviews. I just took my laptop in for repair after an unsuccessful do-it-yourself attempt. The new owner, Bryan, was fantastic. He has excellent customer service and clearly knows what he's doing. My laptop issue was beyond repair, essentially it would cost more to fix than replace.

Rather than talk me into costly repairs, Bryan was upfront with me about the cost. He even salvaged the laptop enough that I could take it home to backup my files. And he only charged me the diagnosis fee. I've been to the so-called, "friendly" repair shop and found them anything but. I suspect they only get business because they flood Google with ads. Take your business to Spokane Valley PC. You won't be sorry.

Took dell computer tower to Reboot yesterday because it was running very, very slow. Received the computer back today running in tiptop condition. Tim and Gordon were professional and went the extra mile by upgrading to Microsoft 10. Gordon explained malware and temp files that he removed. They also answered questions about preferred email servers, virus protection etc. I would highly recommend them for personal computer repair (I believe company used to be called Reboot)

I brought my computer on a Monday in for a 1-hour data recovery. It was not ready until Thursday, because the owner had a problem installing Windows 10. But first he wanted to blame me, my computer, and Microsoft for the glitch. I was also blamed for interfering with his mealtime, even though I was there during business hours. I had to make extra trips just to get the operating system restored to what it was when I brought it in. Not to mention he tried to charge me for the Windows 10 installation, which he was offering free to his other customers. No, thanks.

I was amazed at the superior service I got from Billy Ray. I needed my computer rid of a Trojan virus. I didn't think I'd need anything further but then I had a glitch pop up and it was taken care of immediately (no doubt it's because he knows what he's looking for). It's rare to find someone who understands his craft as well as how important customer service is. I can't live without my laptop and Billy Ray understands that. I highly recommend him to all my friends.

Billy Ray is the shaman of evil virus exorcism. I couldn't be happier with the complete resurrection of my laptop, the speed at which he diagnosed and repaired it, the layers of protection he added and the professional, yet kind, explanations and advice he translated into my techno-delayed language. He eased my embarrassment at hauling in a sea salt and Saharan dust-soaked computer and apparently has dealt with laptops from islands before.

He even cleaned it to near-unrecognizable shininess. His fee and guarantee is unbeatable and his service is superior. I took a deck of his biz cards to pass out to my friends and likely we'll be shipping him our stuff from the middle of the Caribe. That's how good he is. Yep this is a rave review. From a travel-worn stranger who lucked into the domain of the Spokane Valley PC magician. AND you all need to keep adding reviews--the Google ones disappeared and he deserves to get the recognition for his superior work!
