These guys are a life saver for me! I live and work 2 hrs south of them but my family lives up there. I am the computer guy of the family so every little issue they call me. Anything major such as a harddrive replacement, my parents buying new box and need everything transferred etc. stuff I really don't have time to drop everything and deal with the problem, these guys take care of it.
There prices are good and anyone who thinks other wise can have there opinion. For some reason people feel that they can buy a new box for $500 but do not want to pay computer techs the time to trouble shooting and fixing the issue. You pay your mechanic a good amount the computer guys are worth just as much. After all it's your data. These guys are great and would swear by them.

Excellent experience! Awesome customer service! Chad was fantastic, courteous and smart! He helped my wife and I with our Apple iMac desktop, answered all of our questions and was extremely patient and understanding of we "non-computer" people. He did everything he promised in an extremely timely fashion. I cannot emphasize enough the recommendation to patronize his store.

No no no no. I took in a 4 month old laptop with a cracked screen. the battery was fresh and new like only a new laptop has. picked it up and he had to plug it in to show it to me -- makes sense, since it was there over a week. didn't make me suspicious at all. guy seemed like a nice kid. get it home, plug it in and the battery wouldn't charge. can't charge. won't hold a charge for 3 seconds!
I called him and he tells me it's a coincidence. I said OK this is a pretty new machine and the battery would hold for over an hour w/ constant use and now nothing and you say it's a coincidence? He said batteries can go bad. no shame! nothing I can do since I didn't prove it while I was there! PLEASE use this shop with caution!

I worked with a young guy named Chad. He had amazing customer service and went out of his way to make calls and get us estimates to replace my laptop screen that my 4 yo busted. He did diagnostic tests to make sure it was only my screen that was busted and not the whole computer. We took it in on Monday afternoon and got it back by Thursday afternoon.
Super quick and communication was awesome. Labor and replacement of laptop screen totaled $180.90. Not bad! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a computer fixed.

I love these guys! They were super friendly and patient with me as I tried to explain what had happened to my computer. They offered to diagnose my computer for free, which nobody else had offered. The Gurus were able to fix my computer super fast! This is the fastest my computer has run in two years! I highly suggest using them!
