Dos-Boot was opened to fill a void in computer services available the OSU Campus and Columbus area. Our aim is to offer the best service available at an affordable price while maintaining a quick turn around time. In contrast to our larger retail chain competitors, all of our repairs are completed in shop.

Often times repair departments diagnose notebook problems but then outsource the repair to a third party company. This results in a turn around time of 2-3 weeks at a much higher additional cost. By cutting out the middleman and doing the repair ourselves, we often return computers to customers in under a week while keeping the costs as low as possible.

As many businesses know, testing and on the job experience are equally important. We feel it is essential that each one of our IT professionals have at least two years of computer repair and service experience before becoming members of our team. Qualified technicians are the core of our business.
