I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Am thrilled to have learned of them. They have helped me several times. Once when I went to their location and other times remotely. I usually can do my own troubleshooting/setting up equipment but I hit a little bump in the road. I needed to set up my wireless all-in-one printer and do to my visual impairment I could not see the LCD screen on the device to do the setup. Roy came out to my home and did a great job of getting everything set up for me and made sure everything worked before he left. I look forward to doing business with this company in the future!

This place is the BEST! I have used them several times and I have always been impressed. The people are honest and dependable and also less expensive than most other places I've tried. If you have any computer issues, CALL them or go to their office on S Third St in downtown Columbus. You won't be disappointed.

There had been several issues with my laptop that were very frustrating and time consuming. After getting my computer worked on by PC Rescue Services, most of them were solved. I had mentioned a problem with Outlook Express. I believe it was the next day that I got an e-mail saying that he believed he had discovered what the problem was. I followed his instructions and fixed it! Have been very happy with the results. The price was very reasonable and I was quite pleased.
