I've brought a few laptops here over the years to get fixed and I've always had exceptional service from Kenny. He's a nice guy and knows his stuff. I brought my iMac there last week and I thought it was done for. Kenny fixed it and it's working great! I highly recommend and I will continue to bring my computers to him!

5.15.19 I PURCHASED A RECERTIFIED 15" gaming Acer laptop from Amazon about 4.14.19. I Had a problem installing FLIGHT SIM X ACCELERATION PACK ON THE WIN 10 (which I hate). I TOOK IT TO KENNY (ATOP COMPUTER SERVICES) FOR AN. EXAMINATION. He spent a lot of time on this problem. HE POINTED OUT A FEW OTHER MISC. ISSUES AS WELL.He stated, should always try to purchase NEW rather than Recertified!

I ELECTED TO RETURN IT TO AMAZON. They authorized to return no problem. (They too are great to deal with).WHEN I PICKED IT UP AND ASK FOR THE BILL, HE STATED " IT WAS NO CHARGE" as the problem was in the operating win 10 system that he could readily repair. YOU CANT BEAT QUALITY SERVICE AS HE PERFORMED! JOE PETERS SR.

My 2-year-old Windows laptop died on me. I took it to a repair shop I had been to in the past (for another electronic item, with good results). Per their diagnostic, it was revealed that the hard drive was shot. They were about to charge me close to $300 and have me wait 5 to 7 business days because it was a "big job." Thank God it's just my personal laptop, and not the one I use for work. I'm not the most technical person, but even I know that a 1TB spindle hard drive does not cost hundreds of dollars. Granted, a busted hard drive is kind of a big deal, but I felt like I was being gouged. (Not to mention, the representative I dealt with was rather condescending.) Fortunately, I found that down the road from this repair shop was Atop Computers. Kenny quoted me at a much lower price ($160 before tax) and a much quicker turnaround time (1 to 2 days).

I bid the first repair shop adieu and took my busted laptop to Atop, where I had my system serviced in approximately 24 hours. It runs beautifully, and it even has Chrome installed! It was a pleasure to do business with Kenny. I'll admit that the shop itself is a little offputting because it's not terribly organized or neat, but given the high quality of service I received at the price I paid, I would certainly return for any future computer problems (although I hope I don't ever have to!).

Very happy with the service! 2 computers repaired, quick friendly service and absolutely affordable! If I have any issues later in life with any computer, this is where i will be going! Definitely recommend! ~Computer 1 turned out to need a new hard drive, which is what i suspected. He replaced the HD and upped the memory for me as well. ~Computer 2 I thought was going to be a loss but my RAM needed to be replaced which he did and also moved my millions of pics to a flash drive so I can transfer to my newer computer (computer 3, lol)

Nice service and really good with prices. I'm coming here from now on instead of Best Buy. My computer crashed and I told him I needed as soon as possible, he managed to give me it back by the next day. Going here he makes me feel more like a friend than another customer

This place is great! It all started a few weeks ago when my computer wouldnt turn on. After searching through yelp, I decided to take my chances with this mom and pop shop. Kenny welcomed me into the shop and was very professional. I left my computer there and he said he'll have to run some tests to figure out what was wrong. I received a call the next day and was informed that my power supply was fried.

I didn't know what this meant but I know that everything comes at a cost. I come to pick up my computer and the receipt says FREE! Kenny said he had an extra power supply lying around that he wasn't putting to use. He didn't want to take my money! We came to a comprimise and I told him I will bring him breakfast/lunch the next time I came. I haven't had computer problems since, so I still owe him food. 5 stars for professionalism and customer service!

Kenny is awesome. i brought my desktop in because of that stupid windows 10 update crashed my computer, not only did he have it done in a day he gave me 8gb of ram on the house. Now my computer is faster then it ever was, Thanks Kenny @ Atop Computers

Went to Best Buy they told me through a basic diagnostic my motherboard was gone and that it would be 300-400 to fix it. Came to atop this gentlemen name Kenny told me it was a power button issue. Charged me $50 and I was on my way in 2 hours. He had the parts! Blown away! 5 stars for helping me during exam time!

Amazing work. Kenny is great and was able to fix a simple mistake I made. He barely charged me anything. He also does custom builds and will work with you. Great job!

One of the few places in the area you can bring your PC to and have it checked that day without a costly in home visit that other places do. Dropped off my rig for a hardware issue and was diagnosed that day. The best part? Kenny only wanted $20. What a guy. Highly recommend and would go again.

Disaster! My laptop crashed at 6pm on Saturday night and I had a presentation to give Monday morning. The laptop would not start up. I called HP customer service and they told me that according to the symptoms, I lost all of my data and that there was a good chance I would have to reformat the entire computer. which means of all my work, files photos, ect would be lost! Ahhhh!.

I drove over to the store and called the emergency phone # listed in the window of the store. The Guy Answered right away, and offered to come to my house to pick up the laptop so he could see what he could do to help me out. The next morning he called me and confirmed that the laptop would require a new hard drive and that he could attempt to recover the files on the old hard drive. Success!

They recovered all of my work, wedding photos, word docs, ect, (my life essentially), repaired my laptop and delivered it back to my house by 6:30pm the following day! - Mothers Day! wow. and all in time for me to open and finish the presentation i worked weeks on so i could give on Monday morning! I give Atop Computers 10 stars and am grateful for their service! - Greg Stefan S.

This is a review for May 2012 service. I took my desktop to Atop because it was running slow. It turned out I had virus on my computer and Kenny (I think he's the owner) got it fixed the next day for $85. I had a similar problem last year and took it to Best Buy, they charged me $250 and another $50 for virus detection software that obviously didn't work.

They don't open on Sunday, but I asked Kenny if I could stop by to pick up my computer after church and he was cool about it. Just a side note, the shop is a little bit messy, but I guess it is because they are really busy.

Kenny Cheung, the owner/operator is amazing! If your computer just stops working, if it working slow and you are pulling out your hair and need it fixed NOW, Kenny is the man to go see. He has been my computer repairman for atleast 8 years. I would never, ever trust anyone else because he is that good. He even went above and beyound for me on several occasions because he knows my computers are not for playing around --they are primarily used for running my business. If you have a computer issues. The only man to go see is Kenny from ATOP Computers.
