If they had a 10 star I would give it to Alan from ISharpe. I have used his expertise several times to fix my IT/Computer related issues and he has been fair on pricing and great with the service. He even walked me through getting malware off my system with a free online service. His business should be called HONEST & FAIR COMPUTER REPAIR because because that's exactly what he is.

I say all this because I used another company in the past and did not receive the level of service nor the pricing that I did with Isharpe. As a business owner who prides himself on excellent service at a fair price, I do highly recommend using ISharpe.

I will never have to go back to the Geek Squad again! Alan is amazing! He took care of my computer right away and did not try to rip me off or over charge me. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable about all things computers. He counseled me concerning buying a new laptop and advised me how I could easy take care of the problem with my recent one so that it would last me a lot longer.

It was so refreshing not to have someone try and sell me something that I do not need. I will bring all of my computer needs to Alan from now on. I highly recommend this company & this man!
