Our founder, Warren McKee, is a proud military veteran who served six years in the US Army Iowa National Guard with the 186 Military Police Company, including a year-long tour of duty in Baghdad, Iraq. Warren is also a native Iowan who believes in supporting small businesses and his local economy. Warren has a Computer Networking Services degree from ITT Technical Institute, and is now working toward a second degree in Information Systems Security. I am one of those people who is very skeptical when it comes to repairs. I always feel like I'm going to be taken advantage of because of a lack of knowledge. So when my computer got a virus, I was hesitant to send it to a place like Best Buy for repairs, because I was afraid I would get a bunch of stuff I didn't need, and have to pay a lot of money for it.

Not only did he remove the virus, he went through and debugged my system, and installed software to prevent the problem from happening again. That was well over a year ago, and I haven't had a problem since.
