They fixed my computer in 15 minutes! Then he spent the rest of the hour cleaning it up and speeding it up. It runs better than it did when it was new. He even showed me how to publish my newsletter in a few minutes instead of hours. These are good guys to know. I will definitely use them again.

I had the FBI virus that completely took over my computer. They not only removed all the viruses, they restored my computer to a fast, useful device - it hadn't been that way since I bought it. They also let me buy a Maintenance Agreement AFTER the fact that gives me 4 tuneups a year and counted this as my first tune up. They didn't have to do that. This saved me a lot of money and now I can get my PC tuned up 3 more times this year without any more out of pocket expense! I wish more businesses treated customers this well.

I appreciated their help AND putting my fears to rest when I thought I may have lost everything on my computer! They clearly state what they will do and how long it may take. Excellent! They saved my pictures and files and fixed my computer. Now it runs better than ever. They picked it up, fixed it, delivered it, set it up, even added some cool stuff and showed me how to use it. All for less than half what Best Buy was going to charge me. This was my best service experience ever. I broke my laptop and I was desperate. ... They picked my laptop up from my office late Thursday afternoon, repaired the broken dc jack, and delivered it to me at my home on Friday evening so I could use it for a seminar on Saturday morning. Wow - 24-hour service! The BEST computer repair service in Des Moines. (This is exactly the opposite of my previous experience with the best buy geek squad.) Thanks guys!

Best Buy had my laptop for over a week on 3 separate occasions. They charged me every time, and even erased all my files and data once, but the computer still wasn't working right. The technician (at Des Moines Computer Repair) found and fixed the problem (a bad memory stick), and gave my computer a "tuneup" that has it running better than it did even when I first bought it.
It's been running great for a while now and I'm glad to know the real problem has finally been fixed. I really love the automatic backup (wish I had that before Best Buy got me) and all the new programs they introduced me to as well.
