I was a little wary of an in home business. I shouldn't have been, I had a great experience. I described my issue to Sam and he knew the symptoms right away and was forth right about what would happen next. Best buy told me I have to replace the motherboard which will cost me over $300.00 and the issue was laptop won't charge anymore. Excellent PC Repair the guy name Sam replaced the DC Jack only for $75.00. Very happy with the service. If you want to save money and get your laptop fixed the next day, give them a call. A++
