Onsite Logic Our clients are companies who need help with their computers and networks, but they don't need someone 40 hours a week. Our full time staff of industry trained and certified technicians work as part of your team. For some clients that means we are onsite several times per week and for others just a couple of times per year. Some of our clients are small businesses with dozens of computers and servers and others are at homes with just one or a few computers. Regardless of the frequency and location, we work to keep your systems and software running quickly, effectively and securely.

Onsite Logic is a team of certified professionals. Our associates are the team that you would want if you were to hire a full time IT staff. We assign a lead technician to your account, to help build a long-term relationship, but you are never relying only on a single individual. Our associates work together well, back each other up, support each other with difficult situations and form a great team to support your various needs.

We document every issue and service call and we have developed standardized forms that our associates use to document and maintain your network and systems. In times of emergency, this standardized and thorough documentation allows anyone on our team to quickly be fully up-to-speed on your network and able to troubleshoot any difficulties you are having.

Jason is always so helpful. Jason is helping us transition from our current IT person to Onsite. Jason is very patient with him and respects his opinion and at the same time he is preparing Onsite to be our main IT company soon. We appreciate the time he spends with our current IT person. Amazing team! Perfect solution for businesses that need expertise in IT, computers, networking, and security without the budget to necessarily staff their own full-time IT professional. Knowledgable staff that doesn't "oversell." Hard to find a high-integrity company like Onsite Logic that knows their stuff, is responsive, and is trustworthy. Highly recommend!

I am a small business owner and was in need of someone to help me with home office technology, networking options, and general technology solutions to make our operation more efficient. From initial consultation to technician visit, the process was both professional and seamless. Jason came to my home, fully explained what was being implemented and gave me the basic training I needed to be confident in utilizing it.

In addition to offering customary IT support, they seek to understand my business needs and make specific recommendations for software solutions and hardward that have helped me increase productivity and profitability. They are much more than a vendor or a strategic partner. or even a consultant -- they are another member of my team!

I highly recommend Onsite Logic for small and medium sized businesses like ours that need help with their IT and networking needs. Highly skilled, honest and reasonably priced for those of us who don't necessarily have the 5 star budgets to work with.

Inexperienced tech. Took too long to try to figure out how to fix problem and then he didn't know how to set up back- up on either computer (one had back up enternally, but he didn't know how to set it up.) I never discovered until later, that now my password for my newer computer (he worked on two) does not work anymore. I called owner, Tim and he told me he'll have to charge me to come back out and use a floppy disk to reset my password since, he stated, I "forgot" my password.

I did not forget my password. My password no longer works since his tech has been out, which I finally noticed after rebooting my computer. The same password I've used for 2 years. The owner did relunctantly agree to my bringing the computer to their offices and leaving it for a few days for them to try to work it in to reset at no additional charge- but that is inconveniencing me and don't trust them for what else might go wrong if I leave it.

They do have my pass word for my other computer, for if they decide to get back at me for writing a review of my experience. I've happily spent well over $1000 in the past 3 years with this company always thinking they would stand behind their work. Will not go back to this company.
