Geeks 4 Hire will find your computer solution. I had a computer that needed to be updated, the processor was S.L.O.W., the memory was full or so it said and could not be updated. Craig looked inside, evaluated. I have a refurbished computer that can compare with newer computers at a price that I can afford comfortably. I want to say thank you for doing what you do. Try them. We called them to fix a problem in our office with a system they installed. The tech said he could easily fix the problem remotely. However, he did not fully understand how our system was set up and he inadvertently crashed the whole network. He then drove over here and due to the fact that they had not properly recorded information on our system and the ISP it took him over 30 minutes to figure out how to reconfigure the system.
What should have been a quick 5-minute fix turned into 45 minutes of lost productivity. AND they sent us a bill for an hour's worth of tech time. When you cause more damage than you fix you shouldn't bill others for your mistake.
