The phone was not working after a battery repair rendered by us and the data needed to be recovered. Data recovery was very reasonably priced and quickly performed. SO GOOD and will recommend to all future clients.

Oh my god, I came in to apple pie repair and had the best service I have ever had. They are by far the best repair shop I have ever been to. Not a spot I will go back too! We got there near closing time and the lady was more interested in getting us to leave than to help us. She could have been more polite then to say "We are closing in four minutes and I cannot help you!". Was she too interested in leaving? She could have said to come back the next day and we can look at it for more suggestions on how they could help me.

Had the small footer disc on the bottom of my MacBook Air repaired today. Brought it into the shop around 9:30 a.m. and had it by lunch! Appreciated the responsiveness of Luke and Courtney. Easy access, too. Highly recommend. PS The interior decor is contemporary and a welcome change from business premises with zero attention to aesthetics. Big thumbs up for that alone!

Needed soldering work done for my battery connector to the motherboard for my laptop. They done a good job and my laptop is working normal.

After emailing a few local Lafayette Electronics repair shops about a bad "home" button on my 1st Gen iPad Mini and getting responses that the repairs would be $175-$200 I looked into buying new. Realizing that new is $500 I decided to just live with the problem. Today I stopped by the Apple Pie Repairs off Johnston and the dude there bypassed my home button by adding access on the Home Screen explaining that I could still have Home Screen app access without a functioning "home" button. He set it up for me and charged me zero, zip, zilch, nada.how awesome is that? I am now a client for life.

This might sounds weird but i called in a couple days ago to ask if they can help me fix my laminator machine. This lady on the phone (i believe her name is Erika if i don't heard it wrong) said to stop by and see if she can help me. As soon as i went there, she greeted me and starting to examined my laminator machine to work on it. At first, she wasn't sure if she could help me with it but, It only took her about like half an hour to get it fixed!

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to gets their electronics to be fix, they're not only fix apple products but they also fixing some other products. Nice customer services!

I'm sure you are very dependent on your phone today, just as I am. Running a business requires an operable phone, kind of like your body needing oxygen. When my phone started giving me issues, I tried researching what the heck was wrong with it, but no bueno. After frustrating myself to no end, I decided to bring it in to Apple Pie Repair. Walking in, Andrea greeted me with open arms and began to investigate my phone's issue.

After a literal 2 minute conversation, she worked her magic and was able to RESOLVE MY PHONE'S ISSUE! Keith listened and evaluated my settings to resolve an issue, then renewed my iCloud account, tested my phone and determined that it was a Bluetooth issue with my new truck.he explained what I needed to relay to the truck dealership for any 'updates' to my internet/computer system on GMC. Great service, patient with communication and resolution.

My old MacBook Pro needed a new battery and they had to order it. It was fixed in a timely manner. Both associates that I dealt with were helpful and friendly. I felt like I was charged accordingly, unlike another place in town that I was extremely overcharged a few months ago.

As always, Apple Pie goes above and beyond to fix a problem. Another local repair company managed to break my phone while performing a screen repair through an insurance claim. Usually, insurance will then make you send in the broken device and replace it with a new device of the same type. Unfortunately I had no recent backups for my phone, so this wasn't an option.

The staff at Apple Pie were not only able to determine exactly how the technician who tried to change the screen damaged the phone, but also repaired it at a significant discount because of the situation. I can't recommend this shop enough. The employees are professional and very knowledgeable. You won't find second rate work here.

Overall I was very happy with the service and my laptop is back to normal after a week! The computer had 2 issues: the backlight was out on my laptop and my Mac had a virus on it. I heard good things about Apple Pie. So, after going in there was a short wait of maybe 10 minutes. The guy who helped me (wish I had gotten his name) was very nice and funny.

He explained everything that was wrong and listed out the steps to fix the computer. He said even though my computer was 5 years old, I should still try a simple fix instead of spending the money on a new one (Macs should really last about 10 years or so). The screen was replaced in a timely manner and they downloaded anti-virus protection for me. Even though I spent about $600 on the new part, I was satisfied with the super friendly service.

Took my old iphone 5s here due to it being stuck from a update years ago. Always wanted to get it working again but nobody could fix it until I brought it here. Even though I had since replaced it they got it working and now I use it everyday. The staff is friendly and the cost to repair was very affordable. 5 Stars!

Received the phone back today and it works perfectly. They shipped it 2-day priority and even threw in a pack of tempered glass screen protectors for free. Very impressed with their service. However, they included a notice that touch IC chips are basically a design flaw in the iPhone that Apple never corrected themselves due to the bendability of the 6/6+ models.

The notice says that if the phone is "bent" in some way (even though my phone is not bent nor has it ever been), their service warranty is void. I've heard that thing about it being a flaw around elsewhere in my research but I do feel like this is a move to release themselves from the stated 3 month warranty, so I'm not entirely a fan of that. Hoping it won't come around to having to have it repaired a third time but I'll definitely attempt to force the warranty if it's within the stated timeframe, despite this new notice.

I'm having the same issue as Aloysius C. (below) - my phone's issues returned less than 3 weeks after Apple Pie's repair. They charged me $278.99 to fix my iPhone 6 Plus that had a flickering and unresponsive screen. I sent it in for IC chip repair and they wanted to replace the display, too - although I'm not sure why they needed to replace the display.

Whatever they did didn't last. Chicago to Lafayette is 5 days shipping one way, Apple Pie won't offer better shipping in order to try the fix again and they will not issue a refund for the failed repair. They're forcing me to be without the phone for 11+ days in order to try the repair again. They're taking no responsibility and haven't told me what they'd do differently to fix the phone this time. I've contacted PayPal and opened a dispute.

I was in a bind and needed a quick iPad repair. I came to the right place. Expert technician, diagnosed the problem (bunk speaker), quickly and replaced the part in no time. Don't waste your time and money with those middle of the mall spots.

They replaced my screen on my iPhone 6, but the inside of the front facing camera was foggy. I left for college the next day so I emailed them to let them know I'd be getting it changed when I returned to town. No response to my email. Now my screen is starting to come apart from the rest of my phone and I've had this new screen for around 33 days now. I don't recommend them. They offer to lower the cost of service if you leave them a good review.

My glass on my iPad 2 was cracked, so I went to Apple Pie Repair since they were widely known. I usually call around local competitors to check difference in prices. Apple Pie's Repair prices just seemed over priced compared to others. They actually had to put me on hold to check how much this repair would cost. I would have thought they know how much they charge for this type of repair.

I felt like they put me on hold, so they could conspire to think of how much to charge me. The price and time frame to fix my broken glass was just a pure insult based on the prices i checked with competitors. I am not going to do business ever with these guys based on my experience with a short phone call inquiry with them.
