My kids each have a laptop for school work and entertainment! My daughters computer really ran slow if it ran at all! James got it cleaned up and virus free! It runs fast now and better than before. My sons computer just wouldn't connect and James cleaned that up too! He put anti virus protection on both! He was professional and returned our computers in a timely manner! The kids were so thankful to have their working computers back! Thank you James for all your help!

I call James the tech guru! He came out on Friday and setup my MacBook Air, printer, monitor, and mouse in a short time. My home office is working extremely well thanks to James. I highly recommend him!

I spilled a cup of coffee into my laptop keyboard, and my whole computer shut down. I just knew there was no hope for my computer as I took it apart and dried it out, but it would not power on. All I asked James to do was retrieve the information from my hard drive if possible. He not only backed up my information to an external hard drive, but he got my laptop up and running as well! He got right to work in quick time and only charged $80 for labor.

My computer got a virus and I was unable to do anything with it. I contacted James & dropped my computer off Monday. I got my computer back Saturday & it is running even better than before I dropped it off. He gave me suggestions on how to improve my computer and I had it back the same week. Very professional and he was very reasonably priced.

I agree that the world of technology is fast-paced and scary and when your computer system crashes or fails you.your world comes to a complete halt. Especially when most are now working-from home. My computer would not come back on after a lost of power due to a storm. I searched the internet for a local company I could trust and found them. I highly recommend James and his computer service. He is highly knowledgeable, courteous, detail oriented and provides fast excellent work and service. I did IT work myself over 25 years so I watch all the little things carefully. I am retired now and wanted someone else to upgrade my computer. My laptop computer was doing whacky things- like typing by itself & typing 3 characters when I pushed 1 button- rendering it useless. I took it to James at ComputerPhD- he diagnosed it as a keyboard problem (I may have spilt some water on it and other various things over the years) so he ordered a new keyboard and replaced it, also gave the computer a Windows 10 refresh- and now it works like new!
